Braxton - Hicks contractions, aren't they fun? Absolutely normal (I'm due in four weeks) and it's your vagina warming up for the real contractions of labour.
Not much you can do, just accept that this is NORMAL and a good sign. I suggest you pick up or borrow from the library a copy of the book "What to Expect When You're Expecting." It answered every single question I had about my pregnancy (it's my first!) and has a month by month guide on what to expect both in body and mind.
Re the lower back pain - try lying on your back with a firm pillow under your spine for about 15 minutes - this has been a lifesaver for me, as I am still working. Happy delivery!

The nurses at my OB's office said that it was pressure from the baby's head, and also the final stretching of ligaments. But mostly pressure on your cervix from the baby's head.
Without any other symptoms, you can pretty safely assume that it doesn't mean anything. Back pain is really common in late pregnancy, as are those annoying, poking pains.
Most OBs don't fuss about you unless your blood pressure skyrockets, you start bleeding, your water breaks, or you're experiencing regular, intensifying contractions.

its just pelvis pains because the babies head is in the birthing postion ready to start comming down the birth canel, make sure ur doing pelvic floor excersises, which is when u go to the toilet when u finish suck in the muscles as if you where holding in ur pee and hold it for 5 secs and do it 3-4 times a day. it helps for birth and strengthens the muscles and it might help with the pelvic pains aswell

It may be the baby moving or stretching in the area. You should mention it to your Dr just so they are aware.
