She needs to tell her parents. They can help her make the decisions on keeping the baby or adoption. In addition they can help her get an appointment for pre-natal care.
Please support your friend regardless of her decision. Let her know if she chooses to give her baby for adoption there are many families that will love the baby and provide for it.

Grow up and be a woman. She thought she was old enough to have sex so she needs to deal with the consequences and be the best mom she can be.
