I am 14 years old. My arms are very small, and so are my wrists. How can I make the upper and lower sections of my arms larger and more muscular? Thanks.

Ok I think I did something really bad. I have this bf that I like alot but hes been lieing and stuff to me latly so I've been really pissed off at him. So today I was sitting with my friend and stuff then this guy named well we'll call him SL comes up to us and sits like right next to me. I was just like okay this is awkward but I'll just go with it. So ne ways we were sitten and talking and may I add that I don't even really know this guy. We are kinda like aquaintences. Ne ways so we were sitting and talking and then he just like puts his arm around me and stuff and I didnt say ne thing cause hes like really hot. And I liked him quite a bit b4 me and my bf were together. So then he like asks my friend.....
Can kiss your friend?
And my friend is like yeah I dont care.
So then he like leans in and kisses me. I just kinda went with it cause I didn't wanna be rude. So I'm like kissing this guy and stuff and then like the bell rings and hes like see yeah next period. So like I feel bad

I am 16 years old and I have a 5 year old brother and I like kinda take care of him like a mother. Because I pick him up from the bus stop I make sure he does homework...I make sure he brushes his teeth goes to sleep on time ect....But, Even tho I do all that my family doesn't trust me. My brother would make things up that I did to him and I would get into trouble. Even tho I didn't do it! They always beileve him. And they will never beileve me. I was never like trusted. EVER! And I just get soo frustrated I just go in my room and cry for a while. I HATE it. I get all a's and b's in school too! I am good and do everything my mom tell's me to do. I also take care of our dog. How can I get my mom to trust me and beileve me. I also, like clean the whole house too. And for example today I was washing my brother in the shower and he slipped and fell and when he got out he blamed me and now my mom won't take me shopping tomorrow and i really need some new school clothes. please help! ^_^

This whole summer me and him been cool like two peas in a pod. Now school started he dont want to talk to me at all. When I went to his first football game he talked me and hugged me. The 2nd game he said somthing to me that i couldn't understood and smiled. and today at school i had my arm around another boy and he looked at me funny and walkwalked off. I was like whats going? I am in 8th grade and today was the worst day of my life, There were all kind of rumors started about me, This one boy YELLED at me for liking another boy, IT WAS HORRIABLE!!!! so...its such a long long story...last year i went in france(im from europe...)i went there with a teacher and other 6 ppl...and i felt in love with one of the boys i couldnt tell him this because he had a girl friend(that was at home)...anyway...after we got home ive forgot about him because i couldnt see him anymore...but a few weeks a go ive found him on hi5 and i was sooo happy:) and now i know that he is single and a friend of he gave me a comment on hi5 and after that a gave her a message and now we are chating on yahoo and i discoverd that she was hes girl friend when we where in france/:)...but now they are just friends...and the problem is that i dont know what to do...plz help:D...and sorry if i had any mistakes:)

Im of age, and I have to ask my parents if I go out, and if they say no, and I go, Im kicked out of the casa for the rest of my life. I only make $100 a week. I can't really complain right now, but if they take my income tax for room and board (with all those rules), are they violating my civil rights?
