What should we do how should i make my moves with kissing etc....

You can't kiss her on the first date, if it is your first date. That would seem very forward of you and she might get scared. I know I wouldn't like that, even If I really, really liked the person I was going out with.
Always respect her!!! Always!!! If she doesn't want to do something, then don't make her. Don't get mad at me, but keep in mind that you are still a bit too young to be doing anything serious with any girls, so take it slow. Give her space, but not too much. This is from a girl's point of view, the way she would like to be treated. She's probably going to try to look prettier than usual for your date, so when you see her, compliment her on her outfit, or how pretty she looks, girls really like that. Remember to always stay appropriate, and to take it SLOOOOOOOOOW. You have a whole life ahead of you. You don't HAVE to do these things right now, nobody's forcing you to. Forget about what people think, if someone's putting you down for not having a girlfriend. And if you really like this girl, and you're certain that she likes you, treat her right.

Awwwww.............Your such a sweet guy!!!1 How cute!!!! Im in 7th tooand no guys that i know could confess that!!! So any way, with the tips, dont do that stupid bretend to strech in the movie theaters thing wherre you put your arm around her and go in for the kiss, just be your self and dont act like you are trying to be cool, and also, dont worry much because she already said YES to a date when she could have said NO, so your already IN. Now Ill give you a secret about girls, they love boys who are sweet and nice to them and who are passionate and romantic, so when i comes to kissing her, make sure you are in a perfect setting, all girls want to be "swept of their feet" when they kiss aguuy and a perfect location helps by like a +10 points. Be like at a little bistro table or sitting on a fountain or on a big grass land, or a park bench, or take a walk. Then step 2, say something about her that is nice other than "your hot". instead say, you have beautiful eyes or you look amazing but DONT be staring at her chest and try not to make it awkward, dont make her uncomfortable. then stand or sit in close, if she moves in a little or doesnt back down, move your head in at a slow pace and give her a sultry warm kiss...

OK is this your first Date?
If so it is natural to be nervious as you wish for all things to go well and be a dream *as such*
If the girl has asked you out or accepted an invite out from you then she probably likes you for who you are already so as the above person stated be your self.
secondly.
No dont make moves for kissing etc, that will happen naturally in its own time, just have a laugh and a joke with the girl, if it feels right for the girl and you, you will both no it as "The moment" for the kiss.
Making a move to kiss her can some times freak a girl out, some may think your moving too quickly etc etc
(now at the age of 13 I was thinking about sex, so you just keep to kissing as that is more innocent and respected by the girl)
You will find there is plenty of time for sex when you hit college parties etc as a teenager aged 17-18
As for conversations...
Talk about what music you like then follow into asking her...
Take note since she is telling you what she likes, if you recognise the band talk about them a little, if you have heard of their songs share which ones you like, talk about any news you may have heard about them.
In otherwords find out what she likes but be suttle about it.
Dont make it sound like your asking her 21 Questions
Dont let the conversations die down to silences, keep the conversation lively, if she knows you already then she likes you for who you are.
Try make it a double date for instance you , your best mate and his gf with you and your date
Keeps the conversation flowing when it dies down so no one gets bored.
again dont come away expecting a kiss, just come away learning things about her and ready to use that knowledge to show u understand her and like her.
Im sure she will then feel more confortable around you and when that moment comes she will feel more likely to want to kiss you.
Again im 22 Male now so what I have sugested may not apply to 12yr olds today but I hope so, that way im not an old foggie after all who is out of touch lol
Oh treat the girl a drink now i know with pocket money your not exactly going to afford a 3 course meal (Unless you classify Mc Donalds as a meal?
Fries for starters
Burger for main course
Ice Cream for desert
Any how im sure that little token would be appreciated of just a drink and spending time together

Does your parents know about this date?
You are to young to be going anywhere. let alone with a boy and wanting to kiss. him . YOu need to stay your butt in the house and watch the comics like a good little girl for about 4 to 5 years yet.. you have no business out of the house .No wonder kids are the way that they are now days..
what is wrong with your parents that you think you get to go out.
