Im of age, and I have to ask my parents if I go out, and if they say no, and I go, Im kicked out of the casa for the rest of my life. I only make $100 a week. I can't really complain right now, but if they take my income tax for room and board (with all those rules), are they violating my civil rights?

No, it is your choice to live there and they own the house so they make the rules (you have to live by them). They are NOT violating your civil rights.

You have 2 choices:
1. Live in their house with all the benefits of them paying the utilities, food, laundry, house note, providing all the furniture, probably a lot of your clothes and transportation, OR

2. Get a better job, move out, and pay all those bills yourself without their help.

I would suggest getting a college degree, a good job, and moving out if you're not happy. Otherwise, don't complain.

Nope. They are not violating your civil rights. If you were a hostage in that house, that would be one thing. They are allowing you to live in their home for a minimal amount of money (rent is MUCH more expensive, plus the food to feed you, etc.). They have a right to place rules and restrictions upon you at this point.

You are FREE to move out of the house if you want your freedom. If you play by their rules, they allow you to stay. If you don't play by their rules, you are to move on. Sounds reasonable to me.

Of course, I'm old and crotchety now and never could understand what it's like to be a teenager (yeah, right), but I see your point. I just think you've got it easy right now. They're trying to teach you what it's like in the real world. In the real world, if you don't play by the landlord's rules, you get tossed on your ear. If you don't play by the boss's rules, you get fired. Civil rights have nothing to do in this case...it's a matter that your parents are letting you off easy. You live there for next to nothing! At $100 a week, your income tax can't be THAT much. You could go out and get a better-paying job and find an apartment (you'll probably need a roommate, who may or may not leave you with the entire rent and utilities to pay by yourself). Many apartments in my area go for $600 a month or more. Food for a single person might be $100 a month, if you eat frugally. Then there are clothes, shoes, transportation, car insurance if applicable, furniture/accessories, medical/dental insurance, etc., etc., etc. Not to rain on your parade, but who pays for these things now? Do you drive? Is it your own car? Do you provide for your own insurance? Life isn't cheap. It's a great lesson your parents are trying to teach you here.

I'm sorry, you won't find much sympathy here. They're your parents and they're still in charge, even if you are "of age." That means nothing. Until you are on your own, in your own place and living under your own roof with your own rules, you are going to be faced with some restrictions.

Good luck to you.

You are 18? Living in your parents house? No problem there. BUT: They pay the mortgage, the utilities, and I am assuming you get to eat right? Well, abiding by the rules is a small price to pay for all of that. Your parents love you, and are not trying to ruin all your fun. Maybe talk to them and work out a deal where you can occasionally go out for some fun if you help out with some chores and things around the house. Providing you can afford to go someplace.
Best of luck!!

Living with your parents means living by their rules, either accept thats the way life is or take life on your shoulders and run it yourself - in your own place!
