I wouldn't worry too much about the right one being a bit bigger than the left. If it is much bigger, or is actually painful or has a lump then you need to see the doctor.

I doubt the bigger ball is red and itches because you can't see your ball and only your skin can feel an itching sensation. More likely it is your scrotum that is red and itches and that is probably because of a mild fungal infection caused by the fact that it is usually a bit warm and damp with sweat wrapped up in your underpants all day.

Try rubbing a bit of Canesten cream (no prescription required)around your scrotum and the itching will probably clear in a couple of hours or so but use it for 2 or 3 days to clear all the infection. When you stop the Canesten give it a day or so for the redness to clear because the Canesten can make your skin red too.

I'm not medically orientated, so i had the same worries too. Got it checked at G.P. surgery. Its normal to have one bigger than the other so that they don't act like clacker balls banging together, but get the redness and itching looked at, could be something like a simple yeast overgrowth and nothing serious. Doctor is best person to check and remember they have seen it all a thousand times before!

First, it is normal to have one ball hanging lower that the other. The left mostly hangs lower. It is not really normal to have one ball bigger that the other. When this happen, therefore may mean you have a problem. In men this usually is a hernia. You may also have some other problems other that of the hernia, this is because of what you have refered to as reddish colour which means it is swollen,

please, visit the doctor and explain this to them, possibly s/he will assist you.

Good luck

If you have no discomfort and are not troubled in any way, because of the anatomical difference, then accept what nature has given you.

If otherwise, a 'one off' consultation with your Doctor will put your mind at rest.

its normal for one to hang slightly lower than the other. This prevents them knocking into each other during exercise and movement which can cause pain as well as possible damage, but oversized best see the doc

Yes. It´s perfectly normal. The important thing here is to check with your ped or doctor to check it out and rule out any abnormalities. You need to get to know your testicles: shape, size, color. Men are not used to check them, IT MOST BE LIKE THE BREAST SELF EXAM for women!

Good luck!
