I am 14 years old. My arms are very small, and so are my wrists. How can I make the upper and lower sections of my arms larger and more muscular? Thanks.

Start working out and lifting weights. Get some hand weights to start off with and a work out bench if possible. There are tons of arm exercises to do that will help. You can get that info on Internet or magazines. Just make sure to work both the biceps and the triceps!

Well you're 14 years old.. lifting too much weights or anything like that would give you problems in your bone growth, so watch out if you're planning on doing that... You can buy those squeezie things at a sports store. Dont know what theyre really called but you squeeze on them and they have spring restraints which works out your forearms. Then you can do pushups and pullups which work your upper arms quite good. Then theres the easy way *wink wink*
