Pregnancy & Parenting - 25 June 2006

My husband and have been TTC our second since Jan. I'm about 3 weeks late. (since june 8th) Just spotted, one day. That it. No symptoms. Just tummy aches, I feel sick or something. (nothing major) Thats it. With my first... all I had was breast soreness, I don't feel that at all. Is it possible to be pregnant with very little or NO SYMPTOMS?

Any suggestions I can give the father and grandmother? They will be caring for him and he still won't take a bottle, not even with breastmilk. He will chew on a bottle with water in it but not really suck. I'm hoping that if he is away from me, he will take a bottle from someone else but I'm still afraid to leave him. He is 6 months old and I just got a really good job that I can't pass up. I am supposed to start on the 5th. He will not suck on a pacifier either.

The best way to describe what it feels like is what I would imagine a knee out of joint would feel like. When I walk, sometimes it feels like it "buckles" and is giving me a considerable amount of pain. It is also kind of stiff and hard to move at times.
I think that I am a month or so pregnant. Would anything like that be a side affect? What is the best way I can help it or make it better?

I have strict parents - they don't want me to be hanging out with guys so much i don't know why. I have a boyfriend and I love him so much. I want my parents to know that I am old enough to have a guy in my life I am 20 by the way. So as of the meantime I am keeping our relationship a secret. My boyfriend understands my situation and I am slowly introducing him to them (my parents) but the more the see him the more they don't want us to see each other. And coz of that I had to lie sometimes so that we could see each other. Why is it hard for some parents trust their children? Am I wrong of lying? and even if I tell them they won't allow it. What should I do?

Ok, for a little background. Husband and I have been trying to conceive for about 3 months or so. We have been using OPKs to figure out ovulation times. Last Monday the OPK stick turned up positive, so of course we had sex. Tuesday it came up positive again - sex again. From then on it has been completely negative.. not even a faint line. I'm not sure why I have continued testing, but just case I have been checking everyday. Today it showed up REALLY positive - the test line was much darker than the comparison line. After doing a little research, I learned that OPK can always predict pregnancy and that they will be positive if they detect hCG levels. What do y'all think?

I am about 50 lbs over weight and my boyfriend and I want to have a baby. Will there be complications if I get pregnant before I loose the weight? I was told by a friend that if I am over weight that I would more than likely have a C-section and that their may be complications. Some of my friends are over weight and they have had normal pregnancies. Any suggestions?

My friend just went to the doctor and found out she was pregnant. She wants to have an abortion but she says the doctor told her that her body may not be able to handle it. Her best bet is to try and make sure she gets her body healthy over the next nine months b/c it wont be ready for and abortion is this possible?

Aside from being told to eat alot of healthy food and juices b/c of her body lacking calcium, iron, and protein she was also told to get plenty of rest b/c her stress level was extremely high. Anyway the last thing they told her to do was have sex b/c her boyfriends semen is very healthy for her fetus. Is this true? Is semen healthy? Can it help her give her body some extra vitamins and stuff?
