Americans killed by the dozen. That's indisputable and proved. They've been the supplier of arms for terrorists and everyone wants to focus solely on a nuke program? Great distraction.

After all, didn't they undermine Our President's policy in a Time of War?
Isn't Iran the central member of the Axis of Evil?
Isn't Iran a State Sponsor of Terror?
Isn't their president Another Hitler?

Shouldn't we be more worried about planning for war with Iran, and less worried about the facts?

1. Launching an illegal war of aggression against Iraq which violated the U.N. Charter, using fraud to justify the war to the U.S. Congress and the public, and misusing government funds to begin bombing without Congressional authorization.

2. Violating U.S. and international law by authorizing the torture of thousands of captives, which resulted in the deaths of dozens, while hiding prisoners from the International Committee of the Red Cross.

3. Violating the the Constitution by detaining Americans, legal residents, and non-Americans without due process, charges, or access to council.

4. Violating the Geneva Conventions by targeting civilians, journalists, hospitals, and ambulances, and using illegal weapons, including white phosphorous, depleted uranium, and a new type of napalm [Leave it to these murderous assholes to bring back napalm!]

both NIE and Bush are like brothers and both knew for a long time now that Iran isn't trying to develop nuclear weapons and NIE report comes out at a time that it was only a matter of time for it to get confirmed by the world. NIE had to save face by using Bush who had nothing more to loose! why did it take so long for NIE to come out and at least say there isn't yet any evidences....?

Will hard line US foreign policy simply be echoed with hard line foreign policy in return?
Most Americans hate Iran. Most Iranians hate America. A war hawk leads the USA. A war hawk leads Iran.
Does this seem like a recipe for peace?
What do you think it will take to defuse the American/Iranian situation and build an environment of trust between these two peoples?
