Consider the following short article by David Brooks:

http://www.nytimes.com/2007/11/23/opinion/23brooks.html?ref=todayspaper

In it, he claims that the "real" Rudy Giuliani is the outspoken liberal of ten years ago, and that the current "conservative" Giuliani is fluff and hot air. I think Mr. Brooks is being more than a little naive here. More than being a liberal or a moderate or a conservative or a Republican or a Democrat, Mr. Giuliani is a politician. And the only "real" characteristics of politicians are those of extreme narcissism, loyalty to self, and love of power. There is no "real" Rudy Giuliani, save the one that casts aside wives when he grows tired of them. Mr. Giuliani catered to the citizens of New York when they were his constituents. Now that he wants to be the Republican nominee for president, he is catering to the Republican party. Like all politicians, he has no inner convictions. He just wants to win the election and assuage his ridiculous ego.

Biblically speaking the Child goes to Heaven and the murders go to He**

Legally speaking the child is not viable and no crime is committed.

Socially speaking entire families are tramatized by the event.

Other world-views form a bigger and bigger part of the philosophical and theological tapestry of American life.

Is that OK with Americans generally?

Why are the 25,000 species now going extinct per year (one extinction every 21 minutes) not already extinct from the previous cycle? If current global conditions are part of a "natural" cycle, how could these species not survive the present cycle if the previous warming was in the same historical range?

Everything that Ron Paul believes in links back to the constitution, removing useless bureaucracies like Department of energy and education, stop foreign intervention, not start preemptive wars, a competitive currency to maybe phase out the hijacked currency. Cut spending and shrink government....

Everything he stands for is in that constitution so if you find him crazy then you are truely the unpatriotic one.

I don't see any public debate to this Historic term.

Also in a lifetime of watching my local TV news I don't remember a breaking News story of a High Crime being committed.

... We take you now to Live Chopper 3. Which is over a warehouse on Industrial Road. Police have the building surrounded. They believe a suspect in the recent High Crime wave is held up in this abandoned warehouse...

Both military and politcal progress in Iraq is undeniable. The political situation has lagged, but that's expected. It's happened in all re-forming countries, just like it did in the US after the Revolutionary war.

Based on this, there will be troop withdrawal in '08, instigated by George Bush himself.

Do you think this will hurt the Dems? They seem to need bad things to happen to America in order for themselves to prosper.

Should America really have 700 military bases in over 130 countries. Cannot Germany and Japan and Korea and others support themselves. Are people in other countries more scared of the US and its Foreign Policy or The Terrorists?

Us citizens do you not realize this.

Theft after all is a moral issue and before you say it is a choice there are people born kleptomaniacs who are only doing what comes natural to them. Then nature is full of theft and murder so it is natural so what are laws if they are not legislation of morality?

I was browsing through different YA sections and came across Religion & Spirituality. So if you think Im making this up feel free to stop by there and see for yourself.

I even noticed some of the very same liberals that come on YAPolitics and talk about their "tolerance" as they run to insult somebody elses beliefs.

Do you find this as pathetic as I do?
