I seems to me that Brits are the most xenophobic people in the world. this is not true to brits who are conservative. conservative brits are the brightest people in the country. They are good people and should be respected. But liberal Brits are stupid, childish and extremely xenophobic.

Would you vote for a Democrat in any position or have you made a decision to be more open to voting for a Democrat? What issues bother you the most? for me it's the loss of liberties or at least the threat of losing them.

The problem is that sometimes you have to hurt to help and that confuses most liberals, they cannot process that equation. They jump to the erroneous conclusion that the hurt that is being afflicted is wrong without considering the positive results being attained. As a matter of fact, most of the time you can determine what is wrong by asking a liberal what they think is right, usually due to their dyslexic logic, the answer they will give you and their perception of right is actually wrong. For example a liberal will say, "it is wrong to take a human life even if the person is a convicted child molesting murderer", at the same time professing that abortion rights, "pro choice" is right. The taking of an innocent life of an unborn child is right while the saving of a child molesting murderer is wrong. As I said, dyslexic logic. Examine a liberals thought process and you will see that I am correct. (Sorry lefties, you need some serious shock therapy).

How does a crimenal pay debit to society? Instead the tax payer money is paid in grants and such house the our crimnal.
A solution would be to run the jails and prisons as a milatary;(with out weapons), and have them contribute in some form of supplyl; like farming,
I think that this is one that we should answer and come up with a solution and ASK our STATE Goveners!!

Republicans supposedly believe in the pre-eminence of the law - that we are a land of laws to which all are subject. Yet, the Republicans are in court arguing to get Tom Delay's name off the ballot for his Congressional District. As you may know Delay withdrew from the race amid corruption allegations. However, a judge has declared that "law" prohibits another Republican candidate from qualifying for the Republican candidacy occupied by Delay. The Republicans argue that having "choice" on the ballot is the best way to assure the democratic tradition. Yet, just two short years ago in my Congressional District 5 of Louisiana, Democratic Congressman Rodney Alexander switched to the Republican Party with only minutes remaining for qualifying a candidate. That assured that our district had no choice in the race, as the Democrats were unable to find a strong candidate in a few minutes. Are they not only being anti-republic, but also a tad bit hypocritical?? What are your thoughts?

There was a time when people had respect for the president. He was protected from everything, including cheating on his wife or what he used to do before he became president.

Why did you vote him in TWICE?

The first time could of been a mistake..a glitch in the voting system but a second time come on you want him in that Oval office. I think many of you slam Bush just because you think it is popular to shout anti-Bush and you want to not be like the silent majority who agreed and voted Bush back in.

George Bush did not cut taxes, he DEFERED them (that means you have to pay them LATER for you ditto-heads). Bush and the so-called conservatives are spending money like drunken sailors. The loans Bush has taken from China and other countries has far exceeded the amount of the so called tax cut, even before you factor in interest. I’ll take “tax & spend” over “borrow & spend” anyday.

Why don’t Republicans realize that sooner of later the Chinese are going to want their money back?

I know close to nothing about politics but wouldn't we be better off without this split in our government? I think they get in the way of our country becoming great by not allowing real people with real values into office. Voting is useless because you will always get one or the other, no matter what. Just another lawyer with the parties goals in mind not the peoples wants in mind. They can talk a good game but in reality, they want what is best for the party only. Many of the local and state officials from both parties are good but they will never get into the presidency because the parties don't want someone who thinks for himself and the people into office. What would happen to their salaries, oh no. Can anyone tell me what good any political party does? Please I am open to any criticism as well.

All I see tonight is Liberals trying to pick actual physical fights! Have the arrogant, condensending, all-knowing, progressive, open minded, TOLERANT, liberals run out of logical facts to debate with US conservatives? Emotion has definately taken over because if you did have something intelligent to say - you would be able to use facts & reports to back up your lies. I see no factual back up only threats and invitation to your bars. Thank you guys for showing all of us your limited brain capacity and that you follow the democratic playbook - When liberal arguements are proven flawed - distract people by personal character attacks. Classy move libs!

I CAN REMEMBER BUSH SAID "WE'VE GOT TO GO TO IRAQ BECAUSE THEY HAVE WMD AND THE INTELLIGENCE IS 'DARN GOOD'" AND ALL THE NEOCONS WERE LIKE, YES IRAQ HAS WMD, THEY ATTACKED NEW YORK ON 9/11 AND WE HAVE TO GOTO WAR IN IRAQ. THEN AFTER IT WAS SHOWN THAT THE INTELLIGENCE WAS FLAWED, BUSH FINALLY ADMITTED IT WAS FLAWED BUT BY THEN HE HAD EVOLVED THE REASONS WE WENT TO WAR AND THE REST OF THE NEOCONS HAD EVOLVED WITH HIM. THEN THEY SAID " YOU CAN'T HOLD IT AGAINST BUSH BECAUSE HE HAD FLAWED INTELLIGENCE" EVEN THOUGH THE DEMOCRATS HAD SAID IT WAS FLAWED ALL ALONG.
