Things are going just swell in Iraq. We have the terrorists on the run, iran on the run, syrian on the run, sadaam has been punished. The surge is working, and we have killed so many alquaeda that we cant even count them.

Bless President Bush and his great policies to bring peace to the world.

You know, wherever the benefit line is drawn, that family that's just on the other side of it will certainly feel screwed and consider making $1000 less so they can reap $1,000's in medical care benefits, right?

Isn't the SCHIP grab for cash just another incremental step toward socialized medicine?

During this morning's press conference, president Bush mentined that he had declaired that he "does not believe that Iran wants to build a nuclear bomb" when he met with Vladimir Putin in Austrailia. Yet when NBC's David Gregory tried to ask Bush about the issue during the conference, specifically a radio broadcast in which Syria proclaimed that Iran was in the process of building a nuclear weapon, the president refused to comment on this. When the issue was brought up again later on in the conference, the president then proclaimed that he did not believe that Iran has the capacity to build a nuclear bomb, although he was well aware that they want to. Now I may be wrong, but the last time the president "did not believe that (a group) had the capacity to do something" and subsequently decided to act only in light of his own beliefs, it resulted in the largest terrorist attack in the history of the United States.

When asked about progress in Iraq and specifically about Al Quada Bush replied "We hurt 'em bad".

Since Al Quada never existed in Iraq under Sadam. Then After Bush invaded Iraq and ousted Sadam. Al Quada moved in- floureshed and is now established.

Is that what bush meant about Al Quada in Iraq when he said "we hurt 'em bad" ? that he propegated Al Quada?

Liberals often refer to the Kennedy family as royalty and consider America's time of "Camelot" as JFK's term in office.

In comparison the Bush family has two presidents and one governor in their immediate family. The Kennedy family has two DOA's and one attempted suicide by drowning.

...do they push everybody out of the way to get their medicare, and have their hands out begging for a social security check?

Wouldn't it be more "American" for them to leave the socialized Medicare and social security for the people who believe in it, and need it?

I keep seeing questions daily on how Bush lied. Could it be that he AND Clinton had bad intelligence? If you go on the attack, all you do is reveal how foolish you are. You might want to take a step back before you answer. I saw a question today on WMD's and all the Liberals who responded called Bush a liar and refused to believe that Clinton even said Saddam had WMD's. I have a link for you BEFORE you answer...

The White House has too much power now, in my opinion. Seems most conservatives are confortable with it currently... but will you still feel the same if a democrat takes office in 09' ?

Say for instance... Hillary Clinton weilds the same power that has been handed to Bush by the previously Republican held congress. ?

If the government are going the way I think they are with the latest report on obesity and start forcing companies to release only low fat foods what will happen to the rest of us that aren't fat? I'm really underweight and find it hard to find things with decent amounts of calories which are healthy anymore.

Is it really so strange for a young famiy to want to give it a go. I'm almost ready to vote conservative cause they are the only party to recognise that this is an issue. I'm 36 so I remember Thatcher!!

how do you know what you left behind that is so bad? If 35 percent of the West's transportation requirements were horse and buggy, bycycle only, in which area of the country would you want to live? I know you need to live there first to decide, but if you can imagine a realistic Western U.S., you would realize that you are dealing with property which should never belong in Spirit to the East. This minimum investment is not now obtainable due to your current administration, etc.. It is such a pity for Americans to lose their country because of greed. Good Luck
