How many more will lose limbs, eyes, and suffer brain damage? How much has the national debt risen since the start of the war? Why did Cheney move his personal investments offshore and into Euros, and why did Halliburton more to Dubai? The only people who have suffered are American soldiers, the lower and middle classes, and countless Iraqis. What price have the rich paid? The international corporations? The oil companies? Funny how protecting US national security means everyone losing out except those on top.

Just kidding, we did it to spread freedom, security and Democracy [sarcasm off]

I have seen Hillary Clinton talk, and I came to the conclusion that she is just like Bush. And I bet that she and Bush are linked somehow. Just like Kerry and Bush did.

Democrats biggest mistake will be to position Hillary as president, no because she is a woman, I am not against that, but because she is kind of liar. I would prefer Edwards or Obama.

Hillary in voted in favor of keeping the troops in Iraq, then she voted in favor of taking them out. Now you may see that she support the fact that Bush want the troops to stay in Iraq. She has changed her point of view 3 or more times, how bad could she be as president?

have your say!

Is this the main objective of the Democratic party? Do they plan to lower the living standards of Americans by raising those of the third world? Will they slash the military budget to the point that all the US military will be able to afford to do is have parades? Will there be a war on wealthy?

Isn't that the real issue? I know people point to some of the Ahmedinejad's ramblings, but remember, there are other people in that country who are powerful, he does not have unilateral control. Any threats to Israel is c*** waving, not a real serious threat.

It was more Tory than cameron could ever do.
- British Jobs for British people, had Micheal Howard stated that, the Guardian would play havoc at the xenophobia.
-Punishing absent fathers - Labour laughed when John Major suggested it.
-Health and education policies were straight from the Tory manifesto.
-Less paperwork for Police on the beat
- Stop and search powers.

Not much mention of the Unions either, the point is the Unions bloody loved it, so does that mean they are Tories in Disguise?
The best one was repatriate immigrants who sell drugs or carry weapons - its all crap. talk good do nothing. The European Court of will put a stop to that!

start everything....Napoleon, Hitler, Stalin...I say let put all these blood thirsty leaders together in a ring and let them fight their aggressiveness out instead of let other people fight their war for them. If this happen who would win in these match ups assuming they was in their prime.
1. Napoleon vs Yasser Arafat
2. Adolf Hitler vs Fidel Castro
3. Stalin vs Idi Amin
4. Chairman Mao vs Noriega
5. Bin Laden vs The North Korea President
6. George W. Bush vs The current President of Iran

WASHINGTON - The Bush administration said in a new report Monday that Social Security is facing a $13.6 trillion shortfall in coming years and that delaying reforms is not fair to younger workers.http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20070925/ap_on_go_ca_st_pe/bush_social_security

Of course, the last time he tried to pull this nonsense, it was $11 trillion dollars and that was IF the average American lived to be about 150 years old, but still retired at 65 years of age. Oh yeah, and it was stretched out over an INFINITE number of years! (http://www.factcheck.org/article302.html) Is this Bush's last PATHETIC push to DESTROY Social Security? Can you say LAME DUCK, boys and girls? I knew you could!

Is it possible that WMDs were found, but they all had labels saying:

To what extent should the American consumer go out of his/her way to buy an "inferior" product?

I mean inferior only in the sense that according to the consumer, the foreign product better meets the consumers' needs. Some people might say that Hollywood movies are inferior to European art movies, but the consumer says that the US makes great movies.

Dollar Tree thrives because Americans want to buy cheap crap instead of well made stuff (or stuff that will do the job just as well as expensive stuff).

Should we buy clothes made in the US instead of India; US cars instead of fuel-efficient Japanese ones?

Economics says that we're better off (for the most part) letting people concentrate on their strengths; products are made cheaper and better.

Does the US have to be the best at all manufacturing?

Are you willing to buy only American, even if it's not the best?
