the last two presidents have been draft dodgers. clinton went to canada and bush had daddy sign papers to get out of going to veitnam. both of wich have not seemed to do much good for the country. I'm not a kerry fan at all but he actually went to war. so his opinion means more than both of these two combined. but he chucked his metals. that to me is an insult also to this nation(my oppinion not the point) what is left for this country. my as a youth saw an adultery leader. and now as a young adult were in a "war" against terrorism. ideas fuel terrorism and ideas can not be beaten. neither president will truely be held acountable so what is left

it's bad enough that the colonial nazis hve invaded iraq and turned a peacefull sovergn country into a murderous lawless corrupt country.If you look at the history of the colonial nazi countries in iraq,the u.s, australia, canada well you don't need to look far considering thier murderous nazi history, they are not fit enough to make decisons on other countries, if you start of with the u.s,they wiped out tribes of red indians into instinction and they still oppress them by takeing away thier land rights, and all the wars they hve fought have been mostly againts non white countries,only germany and serbia were white, then we got australia,they have murdered indegnious people and stole their homeland and taken away thier rights, then we got canada,they too stole land from the indians after massacreing millions of them, then the u.k well thier colonial history says it all specialy with the slave trade.HITLER KILLED JEWS AND GYPSIES,THE COLONIAL NAZI'S HAVE AND STILL KILLING NON WHITES.

John Edwards - do you really beleive he can win the election ? and if he has no chance as many people have said , then why is he using his wife who is knocking on deaths door to get the sympathy vote ? I'm not trying to bash the man just want to understand this .

The United States always shuns countries that are communist. Not to mention Chinas bad human rights record. SO why does the Us not impose Trade sanctions or other things to shun China??? instead they are americas favored country?

Would this help end the war sooner and on better terms then by not trying or trying half heartedly? Is this a positive way to improve things there that the republicans could sign onto because it would help out the situation for both parties the country and the world as a whole?

Didnt we all think this piece of legislation was for funding the war and giving a time table to pull out the troops? What do these "pork" issues have to do with it, and how can we take the Democrats seriously if they think adding this is oppriate?

Here are some examples of what the Democrats consider 'urgent' needs that require 'prompt action: '
-- $25 million for payments to spinach producers
-- $120 million to the shrimp industry
-- $74 million for peanut storage
-- $5 million for shellfish, oyster and clam producers

"Spinach, shrimp, peanuts and shellfish? That's not a war funding bill, that's the salad bar at Denny's."

We had a soldier come into my school awhile ago to show us videos he had made in Iraq. He said that Iraq was pretty much a 3rd world country& that they didn't even have toilet paper, which is why you never shook hands with them (which I though was pretty rude to say..), but at the same time we saw cars& trash (coke cans, food wrappers, etc) in the streets on the video. How is it they don't have toilet paper, but still have cars&soda?

Also,
He said most of the bad stuff about American soldiers in the news was lies to get ratings. Do you believe this is true?

Why Does the USA need WMD,s if Iran Doesn't need them??
The only use for them is to destroy another country.
