The demise of the last Conservative government in my opinion was inevitable. New Labour under Tony Blair was simply the new Conservatives and class distinction in this country has widened even further.

not just a real labour government but also we would not have went to war in iraq and britain wouldn't be in such a **** hole that blair and his misfits have turned this nation into

There has not even been a (real) Labour politician in the last 20 years let alone a (real) Labour government. Tony Blair is nothing short of being a Tory.

There is no poverty in the UK. Jus lazy people.

I always thought New Labour was a Blairite invention. john Smith would have been one of the countries great Prime Ministers but I doubt that even he could have got rid of poverty.

I must agree that with you that there is a fine line between New Labour and New Conservatives. I think they call it Hobson's choice.....
