The United Nations forbids that any country begin any war; all countries join mandatorally but they can have their conditions for joining which must be met if reasonable. If unreasonable, they must be convinced of this benevolently.
Criminalization would become less of a problem if education were improved, and if poverty weren't permitted to go so far
Assassination should be taken more seriously. I believe the reimplementation of religious rule would solve this

Criminalization: Kill the criminals.
Assassins: Assassinate the assassins.
War: Invade before they can do the same.

A one world government is the ONLY solution. Put doctors in charge of medicine, farmers in charge of farming and so on. A OWG would solve every thing and share the wealth ( not money ) but goods.

Less greed in the corporate world, better jobs, more jobs, better education, serious birth control so we don't have more kids than we can take care of. Pretty much if everyone shared more and made more responsible decisions regarding eachother and themselves.
