I have met a lot of republicans and i have never met any as extreme as the ones here. Most that i know are actually somewhat grounded in reality but the ones here seem insane. Does anyone else see that?

I hate to accuse people but yes, there seem to be a lot of extreme views on Yahoo Answers. I have seen a lot of people slamming democrats, liberals, non-christian people, gay people. It gets odd to read some of it, so I sitck to the lighter topics. I figure you will almost never change the ideas of someone so extreme. I try to mix it up with jokes!Good question! Star.

I'm hoping the Dems on this site ARE the bottom of the barrel because judging by the questions rolling through here (How do you kill Ann Coulter, ...when the Republicans getted f***ed in the next election, etc.) I'm really hoping there are some decent, non-juvenile Dems out there. Somewhere.

Agreed. I have some friends who are Republican. They actually listen to what I have to say and vice versa. We have some great converations. I haven't come across any Republicans quite like this. I think they do it for fun on here. Heck, even I put up a question to get them riled on here this morning. I figured, if they can do it, then it is my right to make things balanced.

I don't think so. Because if you think about it, some people may think that the democrates on Yahoo! Answers are insane. I guess it boils down to your political opinions. What seems insane to you might be normal for them.

I've met a few who are as extreme as the Yahoo cons. However, they seem to have more grey matter if you know what I mean.
