Guess what the Democrats want to do. They want to put LAWYERS on the ground to ensure that our forces on the ground follow strict guidelines. This means that whatever a Gen. does he'll want to check with a lawyer to see if he would break some law before telling his men to move or not. What does this mean for our troops? Do we really want them to sit on their A%@ and do nothing? What say you people of the Yahoo Answers world?

Liberals- You seem to want to be thought of as libertarian yet you want a larger government. Why do you contradict yourselves? Im not saying all, but as a whole. Give me a clear concise answer please. Try to be convincing. Also tell me exactly why you think that Iraq is not a legitmate war, and that we are "bogged down" when in fact the war is over and we won and we are there as a security force against extremists. Try to convince me otherwise. Base this on facts. Also address what you think is right and wrong.

Puerto Rico is a US possession which gives them the benefits of statehood without the obligation to have a symbiotic relationship with the US. ie Two soldiers serving in Iraq one was born in Texas one was born in PR. Both the same rank, both served for the same number of years, both have a wife and three kids. The soldier from PR makes more money....

Democrat Senator James Webb Claims his aide "forgot" that he was carrying a LOADED handgun with 2 FULLY LOADED magazines into the CAPITOL building.

Senator James Webb says the gun was not his, yet his aide says it was.

Why is it that the only Democrat who carries a hand gun doesn't have the brains to make sure he follows the LAW in where he takes it? How can any Democrat be so irresponsible?

I heard on the radio on the way home from work today that you will soon not be able to sing your countries national anthem at sporting events etc but will have to sing the European National anthem.

did anyone know that Europe had a national anthem ? they put up a comp on the radio for the first person to phone in and sing it to them.

I've gotten a mail from my aunt in Japan, and all I got was the top side of the box (with label) that was supposed to be shipped. There was 2 pieces of letter of my aunt, but not any item that she wanted to send me. That is kind of wierd that the postal service shipped the letter but not the items. If the box was broken and all items were gone somewhere, how did they find the letter... My question is can I get any vouchment from the postal service? The shipping fee was about $80 and I feel really sorry for my aunt.

I am 17 years old, my mom walked out on me when I was 15. I want to get my Colorado state I.D card but I lost my social security card and I can't get another one unless I have a Colorado State I.D no one in my family can get custody of me and my mom is the only one who can get my Social Security card but I don't no how to get a hold of her so how do I go about getting my social on my own?

With Companies Leaving the United States and getting cheaper labor they are forgetting that there are people that are out of work here. Shouldn't the Government start taxing these companies harder with import taxes so they would stay here and help the economy in there own back yard??

I know it's possible to obtain itemized lists of incoming and outgoing calls from your phone company. Is it possible for a regular citizen to obtain the actual voice recordings of the conversation of a particular phone call from a landline to a cell phone? Or does that go against privacy laws? Would phone companies not give that out.

I'm doing research for a privacy research assignment. I call the phone companies but they have no idea what I'm talking about!! LoL. The lady at ameritech was like "huh?" LoL
