I thought about going to med school a few times as an emergency surgeon, but then thought against it cause my hands are just a little too shaky. Now I am a little more glad that I decided against it since there is this threat of a Universal Health Care system.

I have to say that one of the most scary parts about the whole deal is this health care system will put the government in control of doctors wages... What happens to the doctors if this fails like it has shown to fail in the past?

I also dislike the idea of non med doctors who think they know what is best for the future of health care. I'll 100% agree with generic medicines, but it's a sad country when we choose the generic doctor approach.

I have a family member who was in prison from '59-'65. I know what the charge was and I would like to get more information on the case. I had a 'falling out' with the only family member who would be able to give me more information. Is it possible to get records from the court for that far back?

The term "win" here is relative. That particular mission was accomplished, removing Sadam and having a successfull election. However, since we still have our humanity we have deicded to stay there and train their troops so that they can handle the sectarian violence and have decided not to leave them high and dry. If we withdrew before they were ready to take over than the extremists would take over and all we have accomplished would have been for nothing and there will just be a new Sadam.

Do you understand now why this defense of "we already accomplished the goal now were just fighting their civil war for them". We are not fighting their civil war for them, we are trying to protect our investment (bllions of dollars, american lives etc.) that we have put into Iraq, if a new Sadam like leader takes over and its back to Sharia law, then all of this was for nothing.

its getting really bad. 24 yr old single women have 5 kids, started at 13. and they in turn have children in their teens (generalization alert, i know, no need to bring it up) and the cycle continues. should we be like china and have child limits? cause this whole self-responsible thing isnt working, and with more and more people being supported by the govt thru either welfare programs or SSI, its really not fair to the working people, as the system will collapes in the future. something needs to be done.....but what?

He's already admitted his agents are breaking the law in the way they've implemented the "Patriot" Act. Yet he wants Congress to continue to allow him to operate just as he has been doing, without having to get warrents and submit to judicial oversight.

Quite aside from the fact that the Patriot Act is unconstitutional because id allows warrentless searches, Mueller has proved he had his cohorts can't be trusted to obey the law. But he wants Congress--and the American people--to let him continue business as usual.

So--given that he's responsible for breaking the law (and proving WHY the framers of the Constitution were right in requiring warrents), should Mueller face charges?

I'm serious, I get flagged more for answering a question than I do for being a smart a**. What gives? Why bothering answering a question if it's just going to get flagged? Maybe I should be a flagaholic too and flag any answer I don't like. Isn't that what flagaholics like to do. Flag people who don't give the answer they were hoping for?

Everyone seems to say that we want to control what you do with your body, but that is so untrue. We just want protection for the bodies of the unborn, which everyone knows is a completely differnt from the mother's, due to the fact that they can have differing blood types, be a different sex from the mother ect.

We simply want protection for the body of the unborn.

Abortion has very little to do with the body of the mother in comparing the mutilation of the child who is often torn apart limb by limb.

I want to put that myth to rest for you all.

I just got some e-mails from Americans in responce to the pictures I'd posted from Iran:
1.You people really do need wiped off the face of the earth to make room for civil people who can think without hatred for everything.
