It looks like the Iranians are actively trying to start a war so that they can test their nuclear weapons on their enemies rather than in the desert. I'm very worried about the situation, but at the same time, we need to disarm Iran before it is too late. there are no two ways about it.
And in response to the guy who responded to your question first, I'd just like to point out that the British sailors are not in Tehran firing rockets at Irani troops like the Iranis are in Baghdad firing at Iraqi and coalition troops.

That's not a question, it's a statement followed by a questionmark, which is a violation of the Community Guidelines, but I'll let you slide.
Just exactly how do you know what "most liberals" think. are you a liberal yourself, and you've talked to all of your friends?
Or are you a Conservative who hangs out with liberals so you can learn to think (which you admitted above that liberals do)?
Let me educate you , Skippy. The body of water in question has been an area of contention between these two countries for centuries. Are the Iranians tweaking the tails of the British? Hell, yes. Is it an act of war? I don't think so. Now, if the British can *prove* that the sailors and marines were in Iranian territorial water, and if, on receiving that proof, the Iranians persist, I still don't think it qualifies as an act of war.
And the US can bluff and bluster all it wants, but this is a British-Iranian issue. If someone shoots your friend, and then you shoot him, it's still murder.

Is it just because it is Iran that makes you suggest it is an act of War? Haven't almost all countries captured others when they stray into their waters? It is not an act of War but an act of sovereignty. If, the British were in Iranian waters, then Iran has every right to detain and question them although their timing sucks. An act of War would be dependant on how those captured are treated. Are you seriously saying that it would be an act of War if the U.S. held let's say Cuban sailors that entered U.S. waters. Of course not. Iran has the same right in such a case as the U.S. would. No less , no more.

It is an act of war and the Iranian president has promised to destroy Israel and the west with his nuclear weapons. This is a promise from him and it is one he will keep. You liberals, especially, Jewish Liberals, will be the first ones rounded to have your hands tied behind your backs and your heads sawed off alive with a dull-edged machette knife, just like they did with Paul Johnson and the rest of the captured ones. I am just expressing the truth and you should know who your enemy is and what they are capable of and what they plan on doing. Go to the web site listed below and see for yourself. NOT FOR THE FAINT-HEARTED scroll 3/4 of the way down and follow the link to see the real face of the Islamist Terrorists. You can't deal with these people. They are 2000yrs in the past.
There is no diplomacy and they keep no deals on peace until the Jews and the west are destroyed. Thats there words, not mine.

Lol, I know seriousely they believe Iran's claim that they were in Iranian waters, when in fact the commander of the boat that our allies were in, who has GPS, says they were not. They were also just doing a routine check of cargo on a boat in Iraqi waters which is not something you capture people for.
The liberals will side with the enemy and believe them over our friends every time, what does this tell you?

Most liberals will say whatever is politically expedient.
The reality is that this is more a political move by Iran that an act of war. However, if they cannot get this resolved pretty quick it could very well become an act of war. That decision belongs to the UK.

If the British Soldiers were in there water without permission than they have the right to detain them. This is one of those cases where you should use your head. Someone also mentioned the hostage takings in the 70's, in the 50's we kicked out their government and installed a brutal dictator who killed thousands and took away almost all freedoms, that is what led the students to revolt. It was 20 years of karma.

I'm a conservative, and I think the Brits were in Iranian waters, and this is not an act of war. Do you really think Iran would be so foolish as to commit an act of war against Britain NOW when a huge military force composed of Brits and Americans are RIGHT NEXT DOOR? Really? You believe that? Hmmmm....

liberals think they are just on "vacation" and probably not being beaten or tortured or mock executed....they have forgotten all about the iranian hostage taking of 1979...they want to appease those who would overthrow and dominate us and eventually ruin and decimate our way of life...starting with the liberal agenda...i guess they cant think that far ahead...or their party bosses havent told them that yet...
