In the 60's the government of the day made a sort of pact with the people of the UK
The government would do away with executing murders and such like on the understanding that murders and such like would serve no less than LIFE in jail..
...somewhere along the line...this has been forgotten by the judiciary.
Now LIFE is around 10 to 15 years.

In the case of Bush and Blair it should NEVER have been repealed.

Resulting in the fact that the Justice system is lacking an ultimate deterrent for the perpetrator's of Terrorist Outrages & Serious repetitive Child Molesters.!
