Movies like ALIENS (1985), and others seem to have sets and props that look very similar to innovative new military concepts being created now. The generation that grew up watching these movies seems to have gotten engineering degrees and are now helping develope new uniforms, vehicles, etc..

Civil Law is the laws which affects Law Biding People. There are not enough Pro-Bono or free lawyers to cover the need for everyone involved in a car accident, divorce. land use issue's etc.

think its time that courts and our justice system is open to all poor, in Reality, rather than just in the freedom folk lure. Anyone agree?
Yes, my research says up to 98% of all cases filed or defended by the underpaid who cannot afford lawyer are lost BEFORE trial.

Cases are dismissed without evidence ever being presented. The cases of the underpaid are dismissed upon weak or non existant technicalities.

This means regardless of the freedom folklure, the Courts doors are CLOSED to those who can not pay 1/4 of their yearly income to a lawyer. Do you think this UnAmerican action is right? Did you know this act was happening ?

You have to overhaul the complete corrupt structure, eliminating the Puppet masters & their Puppets! Their IS only ONE way to do that! End Representative government! Have legitimate voting by the legal citizen majority with the ultimate Rule & control! You are currently being controled by the wealthy FEW! NOT VERY CONSUMER SMART!

Sorry but I believe that 17 year olds are not mature enough to be behind the wheel of a car. After all it is as dangerous as a lethal weapon especially when some parents help their youngsters to be in charge of extremely powerful cars just for a status symbol.

I personally have something against my children saying the pledge of allegiance to the flag in school. My kids are 5(kindergarden) and 9 (3rd grade) My kids ask me why can they not stand up in the morning with the other children and say the pledge, so I have told them that they are to only pledge their loyalty to God himself, not a flag or country. After I explained this to them, they fully understood and absolultely do not want to say the pledge at all. No offense to all those that do. That is their business. But as for me and my family we will pledge our oaths to God himself. ONLY What do you think?

Why is this still an issue. He got elected in part by the religious right but no significant legislation has been passed to change things. The abortion rates have been gradually declining with time but they did so under Clinton as well. The point I am making is this.. If you as a parent educate your children then abortion changes. The abortion rates were the highest in the 70's and as our society changes on an individual and group level these rates have declined. Not by legislation etc. If these truely are murders then Bush has alot of blood on his hands because he has done nothing while portraying himself as a god fearing man.

The only reason there is not a thriving third party in the U.S. is because the two major political parties have conned Americans into believing that there is no viable alternative to the product they are selling.

However now, more than ever, the possibility of a third party making a successful run at the White House is better than ever.

The power of communication (via the internet) and the prospects of there being a longer than usual campaign (where the major party nominees are selected long before their respective conventions) gives voters a chance to conser more than two options.

What is needed in my opinion is a ticket helmed by two well-respected leaders.

I look at the world today and realized that the western world's objective or philosophy is to democratize the world if we can eg. Iraq, China, Cuba etc. My question is does this earth have enough resources such as food, finance and energy to sustain democracy worldwide? Do we have the required systems to ensure that all humanity will be treated fairly and at the same time still live lavish lifestyles as we are accustomed to in a democratic environment? The world population is growing exponentially, life expectancy in developed countries is increasing and I see serious challenges ahead in terms of improving standards of living, generally, in areas such as China and India with a population of over 2 billion(collectively) with serious consequences.... and I have not even included isuues related to Africa in this eg. health. What are your thoughts?
