i think alaska has legalized a small amount, and nevada possibly. california will be the next, but 11 states have legalized medical purposes, mostly on the west coast. i dont know of any "super-weed markets" yet but if it is legal, they wont come anyway, too much money in the gangs and crime of it

With legalizing the United States economy can grow,It will help the farmers and create jobs in the Hemp industry.Crime rate will fall beyond your imagination.I think the Way California and Nevada are going is very good.

I want it to become legal in order to clear criminal records of really good people. They may smoke pot but some get caught and receive some pretty stiff punishment and their records are tainted. Some good doctors, lawyers, and scientist are forced to stop practicing because of past mj convictions. Jails are filled with people who are mostly non-violent offenders who really get punked in jail (and they really do not belong in the same place with murderers, rapist, thieves, etc.) Most guys that sell it sell it because your clients are not really suffering because of the drug you are pushing (like crack or meth) and you can keep a OK conscious.

Just a few thoughts
