I'll put this in a hypothetical way, since many will argue we don't have an economic draft, or that if we had a draft the rich would find a way out of it anyway.
Assuming an economic draft to be a deliberate system of economic manipulation to create a class of people who need to join the military to meet their economic needs, giving them few other options (except near total poverty)
And that with an actual draft (compulsory service) you could find a way to defeat the corruption so that everyone would be equally susceptible
