Why after only one sector failure in 1999, (the dot com's for those who don't recall) did the economy immediately hit a down turn and was in full blown recession 3 months PRIOR to his leaving office?

All the prices goes up at gas stations though all the gas in the ground was not paid for at that rate, and when oil goes down, gas prices remain the same? Defys logic to me!

A) In an effort to work with democrats, he signed Ted Kennedy's education bill and has spent more on public education than any President in history.

B) In another effort to appease the Democrats, Bush has increased social security spending more than any President in history.

C) The Bush administration has not allowed an attack on US soil since 9/11.

D) Clinton initially started Echelon, the eavesdropping program by the US government, so why does Bush think he gets to use it too.

E) Bush's marines MAY have killed 24 Iraqi civilians which is much worse than the 300,000 Iraqi civilians Clinton allowed Saddam to kill.

F) Clinton signed the Iraq Liberation Act in 1998 requesting the removal of Saddam and the installation and support of a "US friendly" government but Clinton didn't get any of the oil action.

G) Who needs facts - I get my talking points from the DNC and they tell me I need to be upset.

Its our god given right as americans to find criminals and investigate them, even if they are high ranking officals. for all you nay sayers, why dont they just answer the real questions about 9/11? if they are so sure that terrorists committed these acts, why cant the government release a few more tapes of the pentagon, or answer the real questions? if our central millitary complex is not safe from attack, what is then?

So, yeah, this professor at Cornell University did this study on five fascist states and identified fourteen characteristics that must be present in a fascist state. Once he did this, he looked to see if the United States fit the model. It did. You should all check it out. Do you think America is a fascist state? Why or why not?
