I am eighteen and thus not skilled labour. I am from United Kingdom and want to work in Manhattan, New York City earning money to fund my stay at the New York Film Academy to study directing. Is it even possible for me to work in NYC at low level jobs such as retail checkout, waiter as an eighteen year old? As it seems I have nothing to offer America? If it is possible and I hope so much it is can Yahoo guys give me a pathway to get a visa please? I want to live in New York permanently

i applied a student visa in british embassy but unfortunately i did not make it bec of immigration rule 320 sec 21---its abt fraud documents. i submitted a fake Income Tax Return of 1 of my sponsor(family friend), but of course i'm not aware that it was fake since she is family to me and i trust her so much to question her credibility. Now, i'm going to reapply my application but for sure I already have negative mark to the embassy. My question is how can I defend myself to the entry clearance officer?how can i answer her rebuttal for refusing me because of fraud ITR?i already replace r family friend with new sponsor, r municipal mayor.is it a good idea?hope you can help me because i really wanted to study 2 have international recognition.so that i could help my countrymen more. I'm thinking that the consul will no longer rely with the rest of my documents since they found about the fraud documents!..what can i do to get her trust with my application?

Does not have that right and its not part of their nature. Their loyalty to work and employer is far superior than American citizens.

My husband has two opartunities to work in USA, one is in Michigan and the other is in New Jersy. He's a SAP consultant and we have a 11mnth old baby.
appreciate a lot if any one can help me on explaning on followings,
1.living cost of these two cities
2.taxes which we have to pay
3.what is the usual price for a SAP consultant per hr basis
4.is this cities are safer to bring up a baby (daughter)
5.how are the education system, is there any good schools?

And they accept the Mexican id as a legal form of id when carding people. And then they let the illegals drink and gamble. Should this be illegal. I was was told when I got hired that only legal forms of American government issued id were acceptable. Does anyone know about this subject and where I can find the laws regarding it?

I have witnessed a number of questions about illegal immigration in which no one mentions any race but yet people who both identify themselves as Libs or seem to answer as such make this accusation. I was told any free speech within the law the complanting party who dislikes it may take you to court for being for they are being offended and they are actually taking me to court .One such person tells me I am going to jail for the use of free speech yet she said America is a country of free speech and now I'm being taken to court with the understanding all money will be taken fr.
