You don't have free speech if you are white.
If you use your right to free speech, you must follow certain guidelines, such as using the phrase "In my opinion" because that's what makes it your free speech. You also cannot use foul language or use "racist" or "politically incorrect" words or phrases.
You could tell some jerk "Hey you d*ck licker, get your fat ugly stingy Jew wife to stop stealing F'ing paper"
and while it is technically using your free speech, you've violated a few laws (like no foul language in front of women - still a law where I live!)
You could however, get your point across this way "In my opinion, you're wife is too cheap to buy her own newspaper, and she keeps stealing mine. Tell her to stop it!"
It's still insulting, but it can't be said that you've violated anything. If they take offense, so what? You take offense to your missing paper, too.

Thank a liberal . And if Hillary Clinton gets any more power she vows to take away much of the free speech we do have left . She has stated that "we have too much free speech ". She wants to stifle the info available on the Internet ; and the rest of her party ( Democrat ) has made no secret of the fact that they want to put the kibosh on talk radio . In other words..they want to Communize us .

unless the consitution has changed recently, yes we still have free speech.
however, the idea of "free speech" the way most people think of it (i can say whatever i want) is a total myth and always has been. there is a sliding scale on speech...we have freedom to say what we want...and face the consequences that come with it. for example, fighting words, such as "Come over here you dirty rotten __insert racial slur____" is NOT protected under ther rights of free speech, and that's nothing new.

No. The trial lawyers have seen to that. We are thought to be cruel or infringing on some made up personal liberty by saying what we mean. Quick somebody call the NAACP that man said something that was not politically correct. All that cr@p has to stop. Hitler did the same thing just faster so everyone saw it happening. They are doing it to us slow and piece by piece like the shore that erodes over years and years of until your house falls in the water.

No. Rick Sanchez' freedom of speech became no longer infringed. the 1st exchange does not require inner maximum agencies to hire bigots, nonetheless. It merely protects a guy or woman's skill to communicate their ideas; it does not take care of them from being judged by using others for what they say. If Rick Sanchez feels his First exchange rights have been violated, he can sue CNN for unlawful termination. I doubt he will win, nonetheless.

You should be able to voice your opinion. No matter what it is, you should be able to, that's the law in this country. However, if you were to say something outright racist, you COULD get sued for discrimination. So, it guess it's limited freedom of speech. Neither the left or right can say extremist things.

Yes, we have free speech. But, free speech in itself is debatable. What IS free speech exactly?
And if you were just using your free speech rights, then the judge should dismiss the case...

We are suppose to have freedom of speech but if you complain about the illegal alien criminals you are called a racist, even though the comments have nothing to do with race.
Even people like "Anti's suck," "Mendi8a" and some guy named "Victor" have freedom of speech. Unfortunately, people like this can be very insulting to law abiding Americans.
Please don't blast me (AKA report me) for stating FACTS.

yes of course you have freedom of speech under the 1st amendment of our constitution, as long as you say what the gov, wants you to say, and no this is not a free country, and any amendment you want I will show you where the gov, has passed a new law to over ride this amendment, unconstitutionally of course,

A lot of BS. Only by their terms. Based upon who or what you favor, they can toss yous case in the "freedom of speech" bin or "promoting terrorism" bin.
