i applied a student visa in british embassy but unfortunately i did not make it bec of immigration rule 320 sec 21---its abt fraud documents. i submitted a fake Income Tax Return of 1 of my sponsor(family friend), but of course i'm not aware that it was fake since she is family to me and i trust her so much to question her credibility. Now, i'm going to reapply my application but for sure I already have negative mark to the embassy. My question is how can I defend myself to the entry clearance officer?how can i answer her rebuttal for refusing me because of fraud ITR?i already replace r family friend with new sponsor, r municipal mayor.is it a good idea?hope you can help me because i really wanted to study 2 have international recognition.so that i could help my countrymen more. I'm thinking that the consul will no longer rely with the rest of my documents since they found about the fraud documents!..what can i do to get her trust with my application?

Hi,

You should contact the Immigration Advisory Service for free advice. Essentially if this wasn't your fault you will need to explain that clearly to the home or foreign office, but if you can't show that you may find it difficult to be successful since they may not believe you will leave the UK when any further grant of leave expires.

Look up the organisation above on the web. They provide a free service.

Lesson no 1: Immigration Lawyers are money grubbing devils who don't do anything for free. You should have asked if there was a kindly Immigration Officer.
Lesson no 2: Your submitting of duff docs has rather stuffed your credibility vis a vis the ECO. You only chance is to jump though every hoop, supply every document, and be absolutely honest at all times. You are likely to be taken to Tier 3 - ie to have a full interview for your re-application. Basically you've just got to hope you don't put a foot wrong in that interview and that the ECO is satisifed with your explanations, proposals and future intentions.

I want you to report the fraudulent tax form holder, then you may have cred ability with the rest of us who do not want any more free loaders or criminals in our country , we help so many like yourself who abuse our trust as your relative has, you must realise that the official is only doing what we want her to do, your bad luck that you have a crook as a relative who was not honest with you or us.

The term 'lawyer with a big heart' is what we in England call an oxymoron.
