If you support amnesty for illegal aliens then you should vote for the Democrats.

The Republican party is the only thing currently preventing the Democrat’s amnesty bill from becoming law.
The Republican party is strong on national defense, in this time of war and the threat of North Korea, Iran, and the Chinese 2.5 million man army.
The Democrats will no doubt cut defense spending so they can fund their illegal alien welfare system.

This law would give financial aid to students for college, who are non-U.S. citizens. This legislation is up for approval in California and if accepted will be signed into law by Govenor Schwarzenegger, making it only the second state to do so.It is in-state tuition, and is a lot cheaper than out of state tuition.

Here in Great Britain, a small island in Europe, we are full ! We have welcomed millions into this country on the back of ASYLUM only to be overun by murderers, rapists, drug dealers, extortionists all milking our benefits system. We have a population of 60 million and we cant take anymore. When their claim for asylum is turned down, they appeal again and again and again, tying up our courts, then they dissapear living off the black market committing more crime. Free housing, free medical treatment, food and clothing allowance, they manage to obtain cars, moble phones and dress in designer gear within 3 months on this ! If you (The Yanks) dont like the way we express our dissmay at all this, why dont you offer to take them in ?

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>WONDER<<<<<<<<<<

Do you wonder what waits for you on the other side of death's door? I do. Maybe it's a cold and lonely world, unlike the heaven we teach our children about. I ponder these things a lot of the time. Death is not beautiful. Death is not our friend. I sense a cold winter chill whenever I visit the graveyards or speak of the dead. There is something haunted there in the shallow ground. There is something electric in the air. Can you feel it?

He has another emplyee who is same situation with me but the employee had been paid until May and haven't paid for him for whole 3 months.

In this case, could I bring this to small craim court? If it is,what kind of evidence or info should I need??

I coined the phrase myself..its called language discrimination. Whenever you see signs posted Spanish asking for workers, that means they are discriminating against English speaking that do not know how to speak Spanish. This is also the case when an employer only wants bilingual people working in a establishment and the establishment is overwhelmingly Hispanic (that probably violates Affirmitive Action. Shouldn't a workplace be equally mixed with all races and ethnicities?). Whenever you drive in a neighborhood and see a sign to sell a house in Spanish and not in English, more than likely its meant to target Spanish speaking peopel to buy that house. I think this needs to be regulated because what if I want to buy that house because it looks nice but I cant because I didnt know the house was for sale in the first place since the sign was in a language that I couldnt understand!!
Fellow Americans, call me crazy, silly, whatever, but you better get with the program fast!

Succesful people are too busy to be wasting their energy on stupid racial drama and trivial bullshit. But those losers now that they didnt make it they try to blame someone for it. It is unbelieveable that with so many positive things that they can do they still choose to make life impossible for certain group of people that negative energy freaking sucks.

I know one Mexican woman who lives in 2 bed room apartment
with 12-13members(half legal, half illegal) of family which is none
of my business...But few days ago when she COMPLAINING
about parking difficulty of their apartment, that really shocked me
and makes me upset...
I asked her how may car they have and she said 8...
No wonder we had only two car , but still had a problem finding
the parking spot. I understand if large MX. members of family have to live together like that just because they can’t afford it, I understand.
But I think they should stop crying and complaining about
management charging for the water and parking difficulties, etc....
Most of Mexican(specially illegal) seem to know
how to take advantage of this society really well than anybody else here.(One illegal mexican lady was sick and got 3-4 main surgery within6 month without paying a Penny.... Yes, I know several people,I live in san diego) But they still have thousands of things to complain

I keep hearing people make the argument that illegal immigrants have more rights than legal resident aliens or citizens. I'm curious exactly what rights people think they have that others don't.

Clearly not any of the rights reserved in Article IV or the 14th Amendment for citizens. Clearly not any of the protections from the 1st, 4th, 5th or 6th Amendment, which apply to everyone.

So, exactly what rights do Illegal Immigrants have that legal residents do not?

Don’t get me wrong, I have absolutely no problem with legal immigration into the United States. All of my ancestors came here that way. I just don’t understand why anyone would want to live here and refuse to learn English. And if they are going to refuse, then why should I have to pay for it. If you are unable to read a legal document, a ballot, or anything else written in English, then hire a translator at YOUR expense. And don’t say I’m trying to take away your culture, because I’m not. Please feel free to publish newspapers in your language, and celebrate your traditions and holidays at your cost. The cultural diversity of this country is one of its great strengths. Speak whatever language you choose with your friends and relatives. Speaking more than one language gives you an ADVANTAGE in life, not a disadvantage. It just shouldn’t have to come out of the American tax payers wallet.

The US is currently being silently invaded by those whom decided to step on US soil illegally and TRY to demand citizen rights. The uncivilized & unwelcomed are breaking laws and hurting those who actually belong here or how about taking down the american flag ... how do you justify that? What do you think will be the ultimate outcome? There are groups forming that are inpatient with laws and those who uphold them which will soon take harsh courses of action against those whom are illegal (which has already started underground). A reason why this chaos SHOULD NOT be invited. See link: http://www.worldnetdaily.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=51746 Any good reason for this sort of behavior? I find this disturbing. What are your views? Those who back the illegals, do you think this was necessary? Although there is a large number of illegal immigrants, there are a hundred times as many citizens ... how far do you think they'll take this? Will blood be shed?

Illegal crossing fence

American patriots first dumped tea over taxes; now it could be beer over lax immigration enforcement.

More than 100 groups are being organized to support a national boycott of Miller Brewing Co. and parent company SABMiller plc, because of what is viewed as the corporation's support for illegal immigrants and amnesty for them.

"The boycott message is simple. Miller Brewing Company supports illegal immigration by giving money to groups that support amnesty, marches, and benefits for illegal aliens," the announcement on Monday said. "Citizens are encouraged to 'Dump the beer! Dump the stock.'"

Consumers should avoid Miller Lite, ICE House, Miller Genuine Draft and Milwaukee's Best, according to organizers who have posted their documentation and petition plans at MillerBoycott.com.

"It is time for these large corporations that are using their financial influence to open America's borders to be punished!" said William Gheen, of Americans for Legal Immigration PAC. "It is time for the immigration enforcement movement to show these unscrupulous corporations what we can do when we all work together."

The coalition is pursuing the boycott under the auspices of the National Illegal Immigration Boycott Coalition, and will be headed up by Gheen and Jason Mrocheck of WeHireAliens.com and FIRE Coalition, officials said.

FIRE is the Federal Immigration Reform and Enforcement coalition.

"Miller Brewing Company is giving money to groups that support amnesty and citizenship for illegal aliens that have broken many of our laws," said Mrocheck. "The last thing we need is more illegal aliens driving drunk and killing American citizens."

The two lead organizations provide an online database of companies accused of hiring illegal aliens and encourage the securing of America's borders and enforcement of existing immigration laws.

Now their efforts are expanding, because, they said, of a report that shows 13 Americans are being killed by "uninsured drunk driving illegal aliens" each day.

The Chicago Tribune recently had reported Miller paid more than $30,000 for planning, materials and advertising for the "Immigrant Workers Justice Walk" over the holiday weekend.

Miller officials denied it.

"The money supported a recent convention on immigration issues in Chicago, which provided attendees with information on how to become legally naturalized citizens of the U.S.," said Miller spokesman Peter Marino.

Walk organizers said they wanted officials to pay attention to the "contributions of undocumented immigrants," and change laws so that all immigrants can be legalized.

Miller company officials could not be reached over the holiday weekend, but information from the ALIPAC website indicated the situation developed when a group of immigrant advocacy organizations in Chicago discovered the company contributed $2,000 to the political campaign of Sen. James Sensenbrenner, R-Wis.

One of the senator's projects has been HR4437, which calls for strengthening the anti-immigration laws of the United States, including a wall along the U.S.-Mexico border.

The company, which also hired three ad agencies to work with its reach into the Hispanic population, then took out a one-page ad in a Chicago newspaper confirming that it opposes the "Anti-Immigration Legislation."

for no amnesty, tighter border security, and to declare Engish as our official national language. Who wants to help me? I was thinking we could do a protest in all major cities every Saturday until legislation is passed to curb illegal immigration. This may be inconveninet for all Americans, but if you want something bad enough, you'll do whatever it takes to get it done! I'm not interested in hearing from people that are prejudiced against HIspanics or any group for that matter. It's not about race but immigration status.

I would like to get this done as soon as possible like at least two weeks from now, and im posting this question because I would like to get a march going in every major city in the US. Some people say it cant be done, but I know it can. If you want to get a march or protest started, please tell what part you would contribute to the cause. Thank you

Border War, the Battle over Illegal Immigration, a documentary about border issues that features U.S. Rep. J.D. Hayworth, comes to the Valley today for a two-day engagement.

Kevin Knoblock wrote and directed the documentary, which looks at illegal immigration through the lives of five people affected by it: a widow whose husband was killed by an undocumented immigrant, a Border Patrol agent, an open-border advocate, a Minuteman and Hayworth. Knoblock is also the director of Celsius 41.11, a rebuttal film to Michael Moore's Fahrenheit 9/11.

Border War will play today and Wednesday at Harkins Scottsdale 101, near the southwestern corner of Scottsdale Road and Loop 101.

It will move to a Nogales theater Saturday and Sunday before it opens in Washington D.C., Washington and Texas.
