The age of consent is not set by federal law, it is established by each state.
What makes you think the POTUS has any control of Israeli law?

what does that have to do with immigration...and is it realisitic? Kids are going to have sex whether you like it or not. Each state has their own rules on the age.

It's not an executive issue, because Congress passes the laws.
And it's not a federal issue, because it's not part of the enumerated powers of the federal government. Unless you claim that consenting sexual is an interstate commerce issue?
