Im a republican and always will be.
But i cant believe that, in a time of radar and computer guided missles, we've lost 3000 soldiers in a piece of shiit country while being told we're "winning the war on terror".
I'd like to believe that, and i think i have to trust the President.

The proof is in your face. Twenty years with a clandestine program that they did not willingly divulge. Nuclear inspectors being banned. The warlike rhetoric of Hitler. what is it in President Adamdajeen(sp) posture that shows he is after peace. this guy is a joke and so is the Iranian goverment. not that war is the answer but talk seems less likely to work with the radicals who want to be a world player. my question is, if there is no pursuit of nuclear weapons then why not allow in inspectors to back them up against the UNITED STATES and other world domination driven powers?

The world is becoming more complex, more unstable, with more variables thrown at us, change happening at an increasing rate, yet the leaders we elect become increasingly dumb. This is like going from a tricycle, to a bicycle, to an automobile, to flying an airplane, to pilotiing the spaceshuttle. If you consider the evolution of our leaders since the beginning of the America (yes, I know morally the founding fathers had flaws), and the intellectual giants they were, its like we are going from Plato on the tricycle to Beetlejuice or a 7 year old child piloting the space shuttle.

With our world becoming increasingly more complex and at a geometric rate, and our leaders becoming less intelligent and less wise, isn't this whole thing gonna just crash?

This is a guy who probably hasn't had an original idea in all his life. You can always judge a persons understanding by how detailed his responses on a subject are. I mean, even when somebody is speaking about a topic I know nothing about, I can still sense when a person knows what they are talking about. This guy just speaks with short generalizations "we will defeat the enemy, etc" "the spirit of the american people"

p.s. I tend to be more conservative than liberal, but even I am getting sick of this guy.

In australia i would have to say the latest political campaign in Queensland. Also it pisses me when our government says "think yourself lucky we arent paying $2 a litre for petrol" they dont pay for their petrol we do then they write it off in tax reductions go figure.

Why is he still trying to scare the Americans into believing that what he is doing is the right thing? Claiming that they are trying to stop the war on terrorism. When will they realise that this is a impossible task. There will always be fanatics out there, maybe in groups or singularly who will want to get some sort of revenge. Why can't he just be more honest and tell the truth or not give false hope! Why do Americans not see what the rest of the world see's? And the worst thing is that the Americans fall for it everytime and he has people smart enough working for him to realise this!

OK all you conspiracy theorists, time to find the one lone brain among all of you, dust it off, and try to use use it. How do you go about saying that Bush planned these attacks yet you also say he's a moron? How is it that someone you make fun of for not being able pronounce "Nuclear" was able to orchestrate such a catastrophic event? If he is really as dumb as you say he is, how was he smart enough to pull this off? And don't give those "you're just a hand puppet for Bush" kind of replies. I want you to supply me evidence of how someone you call an idiot can pull off something do devistating like this?

And better yet, answer me this: If Bush was behind 9/11, then was Clinton behind the 1993 WTC bombings, the 1998 US Embassy Bombings, and the 2000 USS Cole bombings? All of them were linked to Al Qaeda. Did Clinton mastermind those attacks? Because if Bush set up 9/11, then by all reason Clinton was behind the attacks that happened on his watch.

I hate US? Reason: they r so economically powerfull and advanced.I'm not jealous.But being the most advanced country, they should help other countries grow, instead of indulging in wars with them.
With US i mean its government and strategy and not its citizens.

I have been watching the History Channel (HC) a lot latly, mainly because of 9.11 reenactments. I have noticed many contridictions between their own events retelling which is pretty ignorent of them to begin with, because it initiated my suspicion. Example being in one of their shows it was said that no one could have predicted this tragedy, while in another it was said that one of the security chiefs of the north tower was continiously predicting it (since the 93' bombing) and attempting to prevent it. A couple of my friends have been attempting to get me to look into the 9.11 conspiracy theories, for several months, which advocate that the Gov't is behind the disaster. I always disregarded my friends' opinions even after seeing compelling videos. Shortly after watching the HC i looked into it and noticed official reports that are very significant but were not mentioned in the HC.

-question: Who are the funders, CEO and/or directors of HC and how are they affiliated with the Gov't
