sincere is not the right word and yes that is horrible. war is horrible. did america do that? no did your government do that idont think so. That website said that israelis did that. well guess what??? wake up call!!! it is happening by ARABS (the isrealis enemys)all over the world in Sudan just to mention a place. so go ahead critisize the governments. the governments cant do everything they are not God . And dont blame God either. this is the wickedness of man. man in himself is corrupt. that is why we need god. it is obvious that God didnt do this. And we cant explain exactly why he allowed it to happen. why he didnt just do something about it. well maybe its because they just didnt want him intervening dont you think. It isnt the shortcomings of Governments, although they may be corrupt too, But rather the shortcomings of MANKIND.

I don't know if it's the right question because we all know that politics is a very dirty game so I guess SINCERITY is not in their vocabulary.
There are still some government employee that are honest and sincere to their oaths but when we talk about the system or the government itself, it's difficult to trust to their promises.

No government is completely sincere, they all put their own spin on things, do you really think Bush and Blair will say, well yes, we are 'winning the war on terror', we have slaughtered 100's of innocent kids but hey, we are winning.
They have there own agenda and will only tell the general public parts of what is going on to keep their backing.

About as sincere as any secret group, slowy and gradually taking over the people, while destroying all that is good. Just like so many times in the history of the world...and the people turn their blind eyes...in utter denial, as if they actually believe their government really care about them.

If you think quran is the word of God becuase it has not changed over years, I can show you hundereds of other docments which has never changed. All that is not the symptom of word of God. It is the change what it brings to man. Bilble makes a criminal a good person while quran makes a good person criminal
