one of them that is fit and strong enough to be the leader of our great nation for the next four years after President Bush leaves office. Also do you really believe that a Democrat President can and will take us out of Iraq with the situation in Iran and Syria the way it is? I am neither Pro-Democrat or Pro-Republican when it comes to my casting a vote for President. I vote for the one that I feel would be the best President whether they be Democrat or Republican.

I know hindsight is 20/20 but I believe not taking care of Osama bin Laden was easily the biggest mistake of the Clinton administration. Not Monica, not lying about Monica, not any of the other scandels - Osama get's my vote.

What do you think?

I think that the UK is getting more racist. A lot of the British people are becoming anti-islamic. The 1.5 million muslims in the UK are being judge on the actions of a handful of individuals. What happened to the saying "judge people as individuals?" At the end of the day, we should remember that the British Empire (i.e The UK and all its colonies) consisted of more muslims than christians. A lot of muslims died during World War 1 and 2, fighting and protecting the British government. That is why His Majesty King George VI (The current Queen Elizabeth II's late Father) gave as a gift, the central mosque in London as a tribute to the thousands of Indian origin Muslim soldiers who died defending the British Empire. He also said, "If it wasn't for the muslims who fought for the British, we may not still be a democracy". His Majesty King George VI officially open the London central mosque in November 1944. I think that we should remembet our History before judging. So why be racist???

Critics of activist courts suggest that the courts have adopted a legislative role and enforce broad social policies. Does our system of justice put too much power in the hands of unelected officials?

250 Billion?!?!

Here's some thought provoking information.

The next time you hear a politician use the word "billion" in a casual manner, think about whether you want the "politicians" spending your tax money or not.

A billion is a difficult number to comprehend, but one advertising agency did a good job of putting that figure into some perspective in one of its releases:

A billion seconds ago it was 1959.
A billion minutes ago Jesus was alive.
A billion hours ago our ancestors were living in the Stone Age.
A billion days ago no-one walked on the earth on two feet.
A billion dollars ago was only 8 hours and 20 minutes, at the rate
our government is spending it.

Let's take a look at New Orleans with some simple division

Louisiana Senator, Mary Landrieu (D), asked Congress for
$250 BILLION to rebuild N.O.

Each of 484,674 residents of N.O. gets $516,528
Or, each of 188,251 homes gets $1,329,787
Or each family of 4 gets $2,066,012.
