Peace nor anarchy can exist, either together or separately simply because of human nature. It is human nature to create a hierarchy, thus making anarchy, by definition, impossible. If government one day vanished there would be years of chaos and anarchy, but eventualy he with the most guns and followers would begin to assume controll, and it would not be anarchy. Human nature also leans towards violence making true peace impossible. As long as we have emotions like hate and jealously, basic human emotions, there will never be peace The two contradict each other, and even in a hypothetical world they could not exist together.

Depends what you mean by anarchy. It can mean a state of lawlessness and disorder, but an anarchist's definition would be an absence of political authority. Might be a lot more peace going around if there were no governments. It's governments that tend to start wars, on the whole.

Anarchists would tell you that it is possible. However, many personality types are prone to violence or dominating their fellow man. For the safety of others, there must be a hierarchy of laws, thus eliminating the anarchy.
