Yes I do..
And the reasons are not only the terrorism, but the media...
Suddenly everyone’s an expert...
I believe that the media are hashing it up..
There is going to be a big war , (Iran?) I mean the proxy war between the states and Iran has been going on for over 25 years... (this is how and why Sadam exists, the US did fight its proxy war with Iran first through Iraq and sad dam, we armed Iraq, trained the, and gave them the scientists to create chemicals.. and funded them.. and supplied everything...for them to fight Iran.. (Iran Iraq war)
much the same way they helped the Afghans to fight the Russians.
And now the US is fighting this same proxy war through Israel , it is obvious , and visa versa ... and the problem does not just stop there , also North Korea are non to amused... and if you look up Military power, and personnel, etc you can see that Iran an NoKo are not such easy targets , as Iraq was after 13 years of sanctions.. a threat to world peace my *** !! not even Kuwait the people they invaded in 91, where any longer scared of Iraq..
And we are their lap dogs..(the UK to the US)
The only thing that makes me feel better about this is we have actually an even more powerful friend than the US, which the US like to ignore.. and that is China, we have been old friend with China, and we will ride the wave of their power rise I am sure...
Basically they want us to hate the Muslims...and they need the mass of the population to not really understand what is happening, but to hate and fear Muslims, because our governments are about to wrong them big time , AGAIN ( see recent history from League of Nations until now)
Now I am not a Muslim, I am not a Christian, I am spiritual and answer TO NO MAN OR HIS IDEAS OF WHAT GOD/CREATION IS !! only I believe in a power somewhere, and I believe just as much that mans attempts to understand what ever the creation is is pure folly.... let alone the arrogance to TELL SOMEONE ELSE TO BELIEVE THEIR FOLLY !!
But politics however is easier..
There are fire works on the way I fear... and I fear even more that the war is going to land on our door steps AGAIN before it ends... both ours and the states...
The press has a lot to answer for, but then the press is owned by very powerful people, with very powerful friends...
NO ONE WANTS TO GET BLOWN UP , but then do we really need to get whipped into hysteria?
Or to make rash judgments that chip away at our long fought for , and long loved social liberties and freedoms and laws.....
I urge people to not make such rash judgments on people because of a hand full of misguided people, who ever they are...
FOR THOSE OF YOU THAT SAY HISTORY DOES NOT MATTER ARE WRONG- JUST LOOK IT IS COMING BACK (AS ALWAYS) TO BITE OUR COUNTRIES IN THE *** NOW, AND YOU CAN NOT DENY THAT , PEOPLE ARE SCARED TERROR HAS BEEN ACHIEVED< THE PEOPLE INSTGATING THIS TERROR-FUNDING AND ORGANISING AND CREATING THE CLIMATE AND RECRUITING < SETTIGNUP TERROR CAMPS ETC - THEY THINK HISTORY MATTERS< AND THEY ARE COMING OUR WAY STRAPPED UP WITH TNT< SO HISTORY DOES MATTER, TO US AND TO THEM...
And try googling Saudi or egyptian school text books, and see what kind of stuff they are teaching the kids , and see what they think of the west.. and ask yourself WHY they think like that about us... it is History.. and if you think that does not matter , consider the nationalitiy of the suspected terrorists that where involved in 9/11, all mostly from Saudi and Egypt...the same countries that have taught hatred of the west in their schools, because their governments HATE us, bucause we FUCKED THEM .... so history matters, it mattered then and it matterd on 9/11, and it matters now......
not saying it justifies anything... but that it matters... even if it is to learn what you are defending yourself from.... and dening the wrong done to the middle east, is like denying the holocaust, not fair . and not sane.. and not reality... also look up how Iraq, and Iran got their names... and when .. and what it meant and whythe borders where drawn up as they where.....
The UK, France, the US , Russia, but to name a few have all payed a part in what is happening NOW !!
I do not agree with the terrorists, but then again I am not so blind as to ignore how and why it is happening.. and NEITHER are any of the analysts working for our governments now, they have studied this in depth...and wish to try and remedy the situation now, and afterall that is partly why the G8 want to help Africa so badly, they KNOW !! that if you keep countries down, interfer, arm them , steal from them, that they in the end can turn into breeding gorunds of hate.... come on, even the most ardent Republican in office recognises this ****...

I hope so, not because I think they're all terrorists or anything but if the heat starts coming down on all of them rather that everybody scrambling around trying to find just the terrorists, and they stand to lose the lives they've made here they may get a little more proactive about helping us fight these guys. Take the plot to blow up the airliners as an example, they interviewed a bunch of people and to a person the reaction was the batting the eyes and the "gee we didn't know" or the " I don't believe it, it must be a government trick" routine but if they were looking at getting their butts put on a plane back to the east they may be a little more inclined to help.

Perhaps if the Muslims living in Britain were alittle more vocal about the extremists within their midst, they'd win alittle more support.
Where are the anti terror marches??
All they seem to get upset about is the odd Allah (praise be upon him) cartoon.
BTW - I don't suppose George VI realised the 1000's who died in the War would result in 1000000's moving to the UK - Fundamentally changing UK into a divided nation of religions.
I'd support the muslim peoples if they'd stop putting religion before loyalty to this country - The county you live in, that you contribute too, has to take president over the concept of a muslim brotherhood - If it does not, I'm sorry I aint go no time for you!

Unfortunately very few people are aware of the facts you stated above. As well as that, it would seem that this small minority is making itself more heard then the large majority of moderate muslims. As a result, many people see only a small part of the muslim community. I think that perhaps the moderate muslim community should, when cases of extremest actions are reported in the media, unite and make it clear they they do not support in any way these actions.

No, but too many of them refuse to adopt and adapt to the British way of life. I believe in live and let live, but there comes a time when people do start to take the piss. If they hate western ways which they consider so decadent, then they should take advantage of one particular aspect of freedom in this country: the right to LEAVE. We didn't ask them to come here, so the old saying applies in this instance: When in Rome, do as the Romans do.

history is in the past its now that matters and we now have a population of 60 million and a large number of them are asylum seekers and immigrants i don't have a problem with those born and bred here i do however have a problem with hoards coming over and living off of the state and being prioritised over people who have lived and worked here all their lives its not racist i have a problem with any religion who treat women like crap and think its ok to kill call me bigoted or racist i don't care but as a small island we have to say enough is enough of allowing freeloading foreigners over here opening an all muslim school for example that is state funded how dare they when some schools don't have enough resources to teach kids as it is i wouldn't go over there moaning that i want a christian school not that they would allow it cos they are the ones who slag off every religion but their own yet we are expected to respect theirs they can take a long run off a short plank before they get any respect off of me

Of course. Its a shame not everyone is as enlightened as you on the subject. Too many people can't just see others as individuals rather than a colour. It upsets me to hear members of my own family using racist language because they can't see anything wrong with it. Sometimes they do it to get a reaction from me and they encourage their children to speak and think the same way. Depressing really.

I agree with Leerobo - it's the media that is making it that way.
It makes me ashamed to be British at times - but it happens in other countries, too; after all, the French have had a very poor record in their attitude towards the Algerians for a long time.

i could not agree more. the problem is that people like to put a face to what scares them , but it is unfair when you think that the UK had years of terror from the IRA , but Irish Catholics were not persecuted as bad, but i think the main problem is that suicide bombers is something the west canot understand, who would give up their life for a cause ? the truth is every one if they feel strongly enough , in wars they call them heroes, may be one day when man kind grows up and realises that to survive it needs to put away its child like ways , and become all that it can , we can say with pride i am human

Have you seen the signs the Muslims are carrying at their marches? Are the Muslims integrating into British society? Are they working? I think those are some of the issues that are causing the British people to become uncomfortable.
