okay. First of all i would like to thank every one for you prompt response.

Though when it comes to visa issues, all of us seems to have very diverse, if not contradictary opinions...

i'd just like to clear a few points raised from prev. ans.

1. Why can you not take both passports? > well i said i lost one...
there's lot of trouble renewing passports abroad

2. if both of those nations re out of european union like some arabian or russian or whatever > some prejudice here?

well not all countries outside the EU are 3RD WORLDS...i hold a US and Canadian passports, both of which would be stamped yet not requiring visa application (so called visa-free) to enter the EU.

No judgement. Just wanna clear some doubts!

My question is quite simple as my passport on hand now has no UK entry stamp. When i enter the EU, will i be questioned abt my previous status in the UK? or as long as i've a visa-free ppt to enter the EU, where i was b4 doesn't matter?

anyone? should i just go ask vis

Do not they have compassion for mankind? Do they not care about their own children? Why than do they continue to behave in the manor that they behave in. Do not they have any sense? Oh, they are all about cents now aren't they? Greed is destroying Mother Earth and mankind as will. Don't these politicians want to see their children's children live in a clean envirnment? Don't they want their grand children to see how beautiful Mother Earth really is. No they just want to destroy it all before their children can have that chance or be allowed to have that chance. What is the matter with our World Leader's? GREED is making all their decesions for them and they are forgetting about the hard working people? Where are their morals at anyway?

Hi, i am a dual national and carry two passports. The passport that was used/stamped when i entered the UK was lost.

Now i am planning to go to France / other EU countries with my other passport. Can I enter another EU country with a passport that has no UK entry stamp? Will it be suspicious that my passport isn't UK entry-stamped when i am going to France from the UK? Would i be questioned my legal status in the UK?

or it doesn't matter?

P.S. My passport entitles me visa-free to all the EU countries.

Thanks.

Hi, i am an international student in the UK and have a valid student visa. The UK student visa is officially in the form of a "Residence permit of the European Union" - Country: GB, type: student visa.

I hope you get what i mean. Since it looks like (and indeed is) one type of a EU residence permit, i am just wondering if that can get me visa free to the EU?

Thanks!

Are all people in the United Kingdom considered British? For example would it be correct to call someone from Scotland British? Or Wales? Or Northern Ireland?
Dumb question I know but I was curious.

comon questions asked by the interviewer in US VISA interview

If you are in America and your Mom and Cousin are coming to visit, but need to get their visa's first. And they don't approve your cousin's visa because they think she'll stay behind illegally, what would you do. She's an honest, friendly person with a lot in South Africa. She will never stay here, cause everything is there that she wants. The guy just asked her what work she does, for who she works (it's a family business), whether her parents are seperated or not and then dissaproved the application. Isn't that just insane? What does it have to do with her coming to visit me for two weeks? Thanks in advance. The main question is what would you do?

the UN partitioned Palestine into Israel and Palestine because England wanted to get rid of their last 'colony' and the US and Europe felt sympathy for the Holacaust. This act was contrary to the desires of the residents (they could have called a referendum but did not since it was a majority Arab country) and the Arab neighbors have objected ever since. Arabs and Jews lived together in Palestine for 2000 years but the fighting only started in 1948. The PLO and Hasballah resort to throwing rocks and suicide bombs because that is all they have and the Israelis have a massive army given them by the US over many years. So we are joined at the hip with Israel and a rallying point for discontented muslems around the world. I think the solution to the terrorist problem is to cut off all military and other aid to Israel and support the Palestinians. A more devious step would be to accidentally blow up the Israeli nucear bomb facility- this negates Iran's need for a bomb.

Dear Sirs,

We live and work in London and are expecting our first child. My wife (who is Spanish) will be going back to Galicia (near La Coruna) to give birth. Our baby is expected in the first week of December and my wife is intending to return back to the UK with the baby mid-January.

Some questions:

1. How do we apply for the passport for the baby?
2. What documents do we need to supply?
3. How long does it take before our originals are returned back to us?
4. How long does it take for the passport to be issued?
5. Can we do everything by post or will we need to travel to Vigo?
6. Is there a Bristish Counsel in La Coruna?

Some facts:

1. My wife is Spanish (born in Spain and with a Spanish passport)
2. I was born in India and naturalised as a British citizen in 2000
3. We got married in Spain last year

Many thanks for you response.

US Visas are difficult to avail of and quite expensive. Aside from the multitude of paper requirements, [which they completely ignore at times or don't require upon actual interview], family ties seems to be the grounding factor that would make you come back to your homeland. Not necessarily true! Even if there are family ties in the USA, it does not mean that's where you'd really want to begin pitching your tent. There's no place like home still.

One of my penpals needs an invitation letter from me in order to enter my country. He says the consulate office has asked for it. I'm not sure if I could call the guy penpal cuz we haven't talked much.
Anyhow my concern is, is there any risk if I do it? I'll be given my personal info out and everything. The letter would be faxed to the India embassy here.

Do you think that Bill Clinton should not have been treated so unfairly with Monica Lewinski ordeal. I know that he probally has some problems with Hilary about it, but can't you just give the guy a break. Plus everyone would deny having relations with Monica. This also reminds me of Arron Burr back in the 1800's. He killed Hamilton and commited treason but he was let off...
