my mother have contacted the italian consulate near us ,and they asked her for her birth certificate from the comune where she is registered ,so we contacted them and they already have sent us the certificate ,so i wanna know now ...so u think anything else is needed to become italian ...and is it that easy ...i have doubts ..because they didnt ask about anything else at all.

You can't just become Italian. You need more documents to become Italian citizens. It not that easy. Do more research?
