Is it okay to have sticker visa's on passports, back and front of the same page. So for example page 22&23 are back to back, is it okay to have a sticker visa on each?

If an embassy or airport immigration officer is willing to affix the visa that way, then it's allowed.

FWIW, and nothwithstanding dognhorsemom's comment (after all, she is a consular officer) certain "visas" are small enough to share a page: particularly ones like the Turkish stickers they put on at the airport when you arrive. More like tax stamps, really, but valid for multiple entries.

In the olden days when I had more visas and travelled more, once in a while one country's immigration officer would stamp over another country's visa. The first time that happened it worried me, but I discovered that nobody really cared very much.

Yes this is okay. Actually my husband had a travel visa to Turkey and it was like three pages long! Don't worry that's their standard format sometimes. Good luck and safe travels.

Yes, that's okay. You just can't have two visas on the same page (multiple entry or exit stamps on the same page are okay).
