the UN partitioned Palestine into Israel and Palestine because England wanted to get rid of their last 'colony' and the US and Europe felt sympathy for the Holacaust. This act was contrary to the desires of the residents (they could have called a referendum but did not since it was a majority Arab country) and the Arab neighbors have objected ever since. Arabs and Jews lived together in Palestine for 2000 years but the fighting only started in 1948. The PLO and Hasballah resort to throwing rocks and suicide bombs because that is all they have and the Israelis have a massive army given them by the US over many years. So we are joined at the hip with Israel and a rallying point for discontented muslems around the world. I think the solution to the terrorist problem is to cut off all military and other aid to Israel and support the Palestinians. A more devious step would be to accidentally blow up the Israeli nucear bomb facility- this negates Iran's need for a bomb.

This may be the most ignorant statement I've ever read in this forum. Open a history book, friend (and not one published by a Sharia school).
Any objectively-minded person will recognize that Israel has bent over backwards in the last 10-15 years to pursue a lasting peace. They have withdrawn from over 90% of all the land they occupied after the 1967 war, and have made concession after concession after concession. The Palestinian response? Blow up as many shoppers, tourists, and children as possible in cowardly, spineless suicide bombings.
Which side is teaching their children that Jews are the product of sex with animals? The Palestinians.
Which side is teaching their children geography using maps that do not show Israel? The Palestinians.
Which side is teaching their children that 70 virgins await them in heaven if they murder an innocent civilian? The Palestinians.
Israelis have the right to exist, regardless of what you happen to believe.

Palestine has since 1948 wasted its potential and now the next generation by breeding hatred. Its the same old whine that in mankind's history starts bloody conflict...The population is duped/coerciced or bred into a blind belief of some "RIGHTEOUS CAUSE"....
such as ...A NEED tobe seen as Powerful .. a DESIRE to grab land and /or resources or take back something that they want to control or .. a MISSION from "god" to eradicate or convert all those who will not embrace the 'true path" or a delusional "leader" with a "vision" to"fix" the world as he secures his own needs (power wealth etc)
The righteous cause always brings death and destruction.
The world has changed and tribal mentality that would force others to accept anothers "rule" is not productive and serves only to feed those that use the blood of others to secure their needs or hatred. Diversity is perceived as one of mankinds strengths ...not as a threat or a reason to justify hatred or a desire to kill other humans simply because thier customs and beliefs differ from yours.

A more tolerant and "humane" society of nations sends food / supplies to the population of Palestine despite their obsessive hatred that has allowed their society to degenerate into a population that cannot feed itself nor work towards using its talents to grow,prosper and contribute to the world society. This humane act that allows Palestine to exist is perceived as a weakness and a tool. The pity felt for the misguided Palestinans is NO tool that can be used as Pity never overrides basic Human hard wired instinct.
Humans everywhere are -despite civility and tolerance -very efficient killers who will use ALL means available to eradicate a threat that threatens their existance.
The reality is that Palistine has focused too much on hate and has degenerated into a society with few means .
Even the smallest kid knows that if you pick a fight there will be consequences...
Many believe that Palistine has potential and sincerly wish that the society can overcome their non-productive hatred and focus on raising themselves and their country up.

Why blame the Palestine, ISrael should not have exist in Palestine territory in the first place. Its there because the Western power after WW2 felt guilty about the holocoust and created an Israel countrt on Palestine land.
Then over the years, the US support all of Israel military movement causing Israel to grow bold and starts occupying other Arab nations.
Then the Palestine starts to throw rocks, and Israel retaliate by shooting missiles from Apache helicopter... and the Palestine is at fault to all of this??
Imagine having outsider living in your house, and then the outsider starts to evict you out of your own house. Who's at fault? You? or the outsider?
Think with fact, not emotion people.

USA does need to look at it's foreign policies, but I don't think anything we do will be good enough. When we have a different president, he'll get the blame for the next disaster and so on...There will never be peace in that region. Read the bible.

Um, where did you study geography? Palestine never had a country. Israel was created by DONATED land and a UN charter. Israel and Palestine don't fight over the land, they fight over Jerusalem, and who should be in control.
