If you are on visit visa you are not eligible to work in Kuwait during your stay.
You can easily obtain the visa if you have relatives in Kuwait to sponsor you. Even 5 star hotels provide visas, but you will need to stay in the hotel during your stay in Kuwait.

I am in Kuwait now and I am working here with Visit Visa and it is perfectly legal provided for consultant to work with visit visa.
Secondly, Kuwait is much expensive compare to other middle east country. So if your final goal is to secure job, better to try in other gulf countries.
