There are too many variables based on information you have not included. For example, do you mean L-1A or L-1B? Are all of the documents verified and in order? Does the US firm already have a blanket L-1 petition approved? From what country are you? In what country are you applying?

First you have to prepare the I-129 petition. This is your responsibility.

Second, forward it to DHS. Processing takes about 3 months.

Once you get an approval from DHS, apply for a visa interview.

The earliest appointment might range from a week to a month from now.

So, lets say: 4 months in total.
