Get pregnant, go to the USA and have the baby there. The child is then an American Citizen. You apply for the green card because you need to care for the American Citizen.

Alternativly, develop skills that an American Company require but cannot find locally, get the job and the company apply for the Green Card for you.

Alternativly, develop a business, take it to the states and employ lots of Americans.

I all else fails marry an American.

Assuming you're British, if you're from NI you can apply for the Green Card Diversity Lottery. Otherwise you marry an American.

You can also try and gain employment with someone willing to sponsor you for a work permit - you wouldn't get permanent residency but you would be permitted to work.
