When the government is in the realm of the Republicans, it seems we always have a war and it relates to oil. Remember Desert Storm was in the realm of dear old daddy Bush. He caused a repression on top of it. When this recent war happened, GW Bush made himself look good by backing the new hydrogen car. Has there been anything said about that since? We have the hybrid, that is one step, but the gas prices the way they are, it also affects the cost of land development, paving our roads, and heating our homes. This inflation of gas prices also trickles down on everyone in the economy because they have to have a larger budget for gasoline. "Sorry kids, I can't take you to the shore this weekend because I can't afford to drive there" ...so now the vendors at the shore are affected...see how it works....Gee, thanks Mr. Bush.

I would like unbiased, factual, and intelligent responses, please. Do not submit Bush bashing statements or bipartisan ideology. I would like for you to demonstrate methodically how Al Gore was cheated in his 2000 bid.

Does American only have a two party system because most people are too scared to "waste a vote" by voting for someone running on a party other than Republican or Democrat or are we truely that happy with the candidates these two parties put forward?

This can included a federal (country) government election, state government, county government, city government, or a schoolboard election.

I would say the most important election I voted for was the 2000 Presidential Election because it was the first time I could vote in a major and important election.

I voted for this idiot who has taken us to War, not understanding that regions beliefs and history. We will see many deaths and attrocities that the circumstances and pressures the boys are placed under will commit. The sad part of this is that the individual soldier will suffer the consequences when the top people will profess something stupid about a few rotten apples, when in fact anyone placed in the conditions these kids are placed could commit horrible things they would never have done under any other circumstances. Telling the kids that "men are dying and we need them to confess" is just the type of pressure that can cause otherwise nice young men & women to commit horrible acts against others. How can it be stopped?

The United States has almost no border security. Because of this, foreign murderers, rapists, pedophiles, drug dealers, gun runners, and gang members are flooding into the States.

What should the U.S. do to keep foreign criminals out?

Please don't say you'd join the military. Joining does not guarantee an expedition to find him. You may very well get a job fueling helicopters!
