You might give city hall a try,they should be able to help you and will charge you 25 for the licence.

It depends on the state you live in... do an internet search and type in marriage license and the state you are in or plan on getting married in.

I'm not sure what the routine is where you live but as far as I know you go to the court house and speak to the county clerk....they can help you further.
