The United States has almost no border security. Because of this, foreign murderers, rapists, pedophiles, drug dealers, gun runners, and gang members are flooding into the States.
What should the U.S. do to keep foreign criminals out?

To James R: So you're logic is, since we have U.S. criminals, we shouldn't try to keep out foreign criminals? You think maybe we should send out written invitations for the earth's criminal element to come on over?
So according to your logic, since YOU PERSONALLY can't recall the last time there was an illegal immigrant mass murderer, criminal immigrants really aren't a problem?
I'm finding gigantic holes in your logic there, slick.

For one thing, stop the open door policy, allowing anyone to come in from anywhere. The problem is, any time anything is done to try to protect the people, the liberals have hissy fits because they would rather see innocent Americans killed than see possible terrorists inconvenienced in any way.

Why are you worried about keeping foreign criminals out, when you are breeding so many at home.
I cannot recall the last i heard of a foriegn criminal going on a killing spree across the states, can you?

Get over feeling sorry for everyone and bring our might down on the border. We shut the country down after 9/11 and did a sweep. The FBI agents I knew had to get into their suits and go downtown for days and pour through documents, then go pick up suspected terrorists. We could do the same thing with illegals, we all know where they are.

apparently superdaringhero needs to get out of his mommy's basement and see the border. But I do think it is almost impossible since our borders are so broad. The most we can do is build a moat or fencing system that is elaborate enough that no one would want to try to come over via land but boats are another issue.

It's about time we started dealing with this. I think shooting to kill is a bit extreme; there are still women and children and innocent men wanting a better life. But I agree that they shouldn't do it illegally. I'd like the fence, and better border security.

Arrest, give hard hard time & send all but dangerous terrorist back to their own country with a bill for housing to country. Okay, they will not pay but it will get their attention.
