Building 18 by walter reed hospital is yet another perfect example of how our troops, who fight suffer terrible injuires and need rehabilitation, are not getting what they need with training, with equipment, with rehabilitation, and per my other question posted, even after death.

Roach infested, run down buildings is all our Troops deserve, when they go to Walter Reed hosptial, after proving their patriotism for this country's faulty governments leadership.

So lets tally it all up....They wait in super long lines just trying to call the VA, they have prescription costs being risen and patient care cost escalaing to look forward to with republicans new VA cuts to come, and now they cant even live in decent housing units while they get rehabilitated, for missing arms and legs, and everything else they come back with.

All this while 10 billion + went unaccounted for, and the many many more billion has been wasted over the years.

There is an old saying among detectives, "to whom the good".
If you follow the logic of this statement, was the purpose of the war to gain access to the Iraqi oil, or to raise the price of oil to the point where domestic production is profitable? The oil companies have posted record profits since the war began.

My history is a little bit cloudy but I thought several European Country including Japan and the US ganged up on China to force it to open it's borders and sign those unequal treaties. My question is, if China had only one of those countries to deal with, take you pic, COULD it have been able to holds it's own?

I just watched a bunch of videos on youtube of people saying they were unjustly tasered. When you watch the videos they all have one thing in common. If they just did what the officers said they wouldn't have been tasered.

Feel free to make a fool out of yourself.

Senator Mark Dayton ? Member, Senate Committee on Armed Services and Homeland Security "[NORAD] lied to the American people, they lied to Congress and they lied to your 9/11 Commission...the most gross incompetence and dereliction of responsibility and negligence"

Congressman Curt Weldon - "[9/11 Commission] there's something very sinister going on here... something desperately wrong... This involved what is right now the covering up of information that led to the deaths of 3,000 people"

U.S. Army Intelligence officer, Federal Prosecutor, Office of Special Investigations, U.S. Department of Justice, John Loftus? ~? "The information provided by European intelligence services prior to 9/11 was so extensive that it is no longer possible for either the CIA or FBI to assert a defence of incompetence"

how do you people deal with people calling you with military slang? for example: army-grunt; marine - jar head or devil dog; af - flyboy; navy - squid.

where i work there's an army reservist that i work beside and me and him constantly call each other out. (i'm depping for the navy) but when someone (i.e. civilian) calls me a sqid, i cringe a little. i was wondering if it was just me?

my marine boyfriend and his buddies are the same way, but their marines... i've learned to live with their headstrong ways.

I am against the war with all of my being. At first I thought, bring our boys home as soon as possible-but now, it has come to my attention that if we were to do that it would cause more problems. I really hate to say this because I am against the war, but it has to be brought to some peoples attention that serious consequences could come as a result of pulling troops out of Iraq at this point. Even though Iraq was very "broken" when we went over, it is now in shambles. If we were to leave now without in some way securing Iraq from outside countries, Iraq could fall to any government that came along to "help" them. Iran is who I believe would come in after we left, and be the "hero". Iraq would then fall to the command of Iran and we would be doomed. It is known that there are several major terrorist groups who train in and are funded by Iran. What are your thoughts on this topic?

of Hilary Clinton. We are constantly hearing what the men think of her, but I don't know how the women feel. Men say mean things about her because she's a woman. If it wasn't her not being so nice to her aides, it would be something else ... her weight, or her hair, or her clothes or the way she walks. Men just do not want a woman to EVER run this country, period, but they would never admit that. They want to always be on top!
