I am asking this in terms of legal and monetary protection for all parties involved.
According to social acceptability, I am concerned about Hindu groups.
Also, are laws concerning this the same throughout the country or might they change according to district?
Also, if you can provide citation names or names/numbers of laws and premises, I would be indeed grateful.

If a potential new employer did a background check before hiring someone, would it show if they had a warrant for traffic tickets or anything else? Please only answer if you actually know. Thank you.

I thought we lived in a democracy one time....but I can't even tell the difference between Bush and that crazy nuclear Korean guy. Democrats have taken over congress and yet Bush still thinks he can send 20k more troops to their doom. The saddest part of it is that I actually think it is actually gonna happen the way things are going. It really doesn't matter what the majority of the politics are saying, I have talked to many military people who already know they are gonna be sent to Iraq again and recruiters are working double time to get people to join. Doomsday is approaching in many ways, and this pointless war is just distracting us.

I just posted a similar question, but I can tell my question wasn't clear. My fiancee had a child support order issued against him by his PREVIOUS wife. When they were considering the amount, they did not let him use OUR daughter as a dependent, because we are not yet married. So, they say she is "illegitimate." His child order is over 1/2 of his pay. I think this is wrong and unfair. Am I right? We live in GA.

I used to get them a lot, really earry. like the silence before the bomb goes off. then images like in terminator.sometimes i manage to get to a shelter.
Sometimes I just lie on the ground and feel this warm air go across my back, which is wierd because I would just shrivel up.
And a couple of times I've got up after to see everyone else dead.

The Liberals have used minorities to push there agendas for long enough, how long until we get smart? The democrats promise a lot to us but never deliver. I vote based on morals and values and most of my community shares my values. But people like Rev. Jackson and Sharpton use minorities to remain relevant and to keep the Dems in power. Without minorities where would the Dems be?

I think my political views are very much in sync with Libertarian philosophy but can they ever win in a democratic republic?

Only a very small percentage of people on earth choose to take the 'harder, more self-reliant, less traveled' path and all pay taxes so there's indeed an incredibly strong attraction to 'get what I deserve because that's what I pay taxes for'.

(And I absolutely admit I've taken advantage of that when i was younger and found myself with great health problems that I couldn't possibly afford to tackle...and I couldn't afford insurance...and I received state help. It was an absolute blessing that made it possible for me to get on my feet again and move toward complete independence for them.)

If someone waived a magic wand and the Libertrarians were in power wouldn't the next generation of non-Libs simply 'undo the damage' because people would be suffering 10-fold and they would be accused of being inhumanly insensitive?

Don't just base your answer on what you know through the ultra liberal media IE cnn. Consider: Have you lived here?, do you have friends here?, Have you visited here?

I've traveled all over the world while in the military. Seen some beautiful places. Seen some messed up governments out there too.

Lets keep the answers intelligent...if we can.

"WASHINGTON (AFP) - Some of corporate America's largest companies, including Alcoa, General Electric and DuPont, have urged U.S. President George W. Bush and the Congress to act swiftly to tackle global warming. "

The article goes on to say these companies would like to see the government impose a mandatory cap-and-trade program for carbon emissions - a solution embraced by both John McCain and Barack Obama.

Will this be effective in getting the Bush administration to take action?
