I'm familiar with it being associated with national tragedy or some form of respect. But how do flag owners know when it has begun, more to my personal point, when it stops? Is there some form of bureau that distributes that info daily like they do with gas prices?

Was the lie he was having an affair? Or was the lie he knowingly sent American troops to a country that was no threat to the U.S.? Or was the lie Iraq was involved with 911? Or maybe the lie is the Bin Laden family has no ties with the Bush Family?

Presidents can't run for a third term in office. But what if that were not so?

If George W. Bush were running for a third term, would you vote for him? Why? Why not?

The number of illegal immigrants who are being identified in county jails is increasing with every passing month, immigration and customs records show. In July, 204 potentially deportable men and women were held under immigration restrictions in county jails; in August, 281; in September, 374; in October, 416; and in November, 845. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials started the screenings with one eight-hour shift a day in January, and in late September increased to two full shifts a day. By mid-February officials expect to increase to three shifts covering 24 hours a day, seven days a week, Mack said.

And once the system is operating around the clock, she said, the agency expects it will be placing holds on as many as 1,200 men and women a month. That would be more than 14,000 immigration holds a year, roughly triple the 3,000 to 5,000 immigrants, legal and illegal, the county has released annually to Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials in recent years.

I think that all forms of government have positive factors and flaws. In my opinion communism is good because everyone has the opportunity to go to very well equipped schools and hospitals, unlike capitalism in which public schools lack suffiecient resources and in which people of lower class are obligated to go to a poorly equipped hospital.

The other day,I made a cell-phone call from work.Nothing unusual about that EXCEPT, that it had a beeping noise about every 20-30 seconds or so.Now, I know that the conventional phone lines are monitored; but on a private cell phone? I work for a large corp. that is verry remotely associated with the fed gov't. so why the tap on a private line? Is this legal now , since the patriot act ?Additionally ,If they can monitor a cell call, did they have to get the carriers permission?

My nephews are currently taken away from their parents by CPS. Now, recently I found out that I have a horrible autoimmune disease that is hereditary and signs show up in early infancy. The caseworker and the managing conservators have all been informed of the urgency and gravity of this disease, but for 7 months, no one will get them checked to find out if they have it, too. In my opinion, this is not in the best interests of the children because if they have it (and it's a great possibility), then they have, in effect, been poisoning them and trying to kill them every day for 7 months. Everyone knows the boys could have it, but they are refusing to acknowledge it and also refusing medical treatment. But who do you report the caseworker at CPS to? She is in collusion with everyone else trying to kill my nephews. What can I do?

Getting down to the nitty-gritty. If a PFC on duty comes across a Deputy Sheriff with no specific duties in the area, who has the say so? That is just an example. If a Major in the USN is walking around in a State Trooper's turf, who has the say so? Forget about the ranks. Does the men and women of the Armed Forces have any ranking power over town, city or communities? Can my Mayor tell a visiting General what to do in our town? If so, a Colnel?, A Major? A Captain? and so on..?
