I support the President In Cheif. I will do my duty because it means more to do something than nothing. We all can tell someone that they are doing something wrong, but the better person steps in and helps. He may not be the best person for the job, but he is the person who has to deal with it. If sending more troops helps lower the sectarian violence, then by all means send them.
It is too easy for people to judge the situation in Iraq from their comfortable homes here in the U.S.A. Ask the people who have seen the changes first hand and ask them what they think.
Ever try to get a child to behave, when they are hyped up on sugar. We have given oppressed people their freedom. Civic responsibilty is not the same there as it is here. Totally different ball game. So, give it time.

I support him on some things and disagree with him on others. I have gotten letters from some of the men and women who are fighting against terrorism in Iraq. I liked his speech the other night. It was clear and easy to understand. I think he has the well being of our nation and the free world when he makes decisions about the war on terror. We need to win if we cut and run it will be a disaster! I don't like the fact that he doesn't get angry at the people in the media when they print stuff that can help our enemy like the New York Times did last year. I don't like his stance on illigal immigration. But overall I know he is a better president then Kerry would have been or Al Gore for that matter.

I am a pro Bush person I support the reason simply because it's a show of force that is needed the only problem I see with doing this is the media as well as many Americans diminish the show of support that this show of force brings by being negative and not showing support.

I support the pres. but I really don't like the fact that he is sending more troops. I know that the country is out of control, and we need to let them work things out for them selves. I guess that if we have a big force in that country then we can help them get a handle on things. That's just my guess. I know some people sent over there and I would like to see all of them come home safe. I would not want to be the pres. but he is our pres and I do pray for him to make the right choices. Good luck on your paper.

If you're trying to find a Bush supporter for your school newspaper I wish you luck. I suggest you first get a good text book on common grammatical errors for early learners. Your chances may also improve, of meeting a Bush supporter, if you try encouraging older teenagers to buy guns and support racism.

with the current situation in Iraq, the only way we'd be able to ever completely leave would be train the Iraqi army to defend themselves. With the still constant threat of terrorists attacking the cities of Iraq, the current number of troops simply cannot maintain peace and train the Iraqi army.

You really need to go to the library and read several news magazines, if you are not sure whether Bush wants to send troops to Iraq or Iran.
You could check out Time or Newsweek on the internet. It is not required for you to remain so clueless.

evaluate this. heavily, take a second and picture about this: the american protection rigidity soundly defeated the communists in Viet Nam in each and every significant conflict fought - which includes the TET offensive which properly overwhelmed them. For all motive and objective, the North Viet Namese were defeated - yet they checked in with the american media and, to their utter amazement, they discovered that they were prevailing. And, real adequate, we lost the warfare at homestead and withdrew our troops - assuring the Viet Cong a victory and the resultant bloodbath. Do you somewhat imagine this little bit of historic past is lost on the terrorists? that is why i believe that public reflects and rallies geared in direction of our president in a time of warfare is an same as helping our enemy. it is somewhat not that demanding to connect the dots.

I support the public hanging of that no good crook, George W. Bush the vigilante and criminal. As for his decision to send 21,500 more troops to Iraq, it's like all his decisions: BAD. That drunk can't do anything right. I'd have him drawn and quartered if I were in command!

Let me get this str8... you have bad hand writing and a bad memory. after years of us being at war and 3000 american troops dead you don't even know what country we are in. This is typical ...is it any wonder why its so easy for the mass media to get people to believe all those lies. I feel ill.
