Presidents can't run for a third term in office. But what if that were not so?
If George W. Bush were running for a third term, would you vote for him? Why? Why not?

No, no, and @%$#%@ no. We need a new president now to change the direction of our country's foreign policy. We need a president to re-energize America and make Americans proud to be Americans. If Bush did run for a third term, he would get less than 20% of the vote, if even that much. Even the Republicans wouldn't vote for him anymore.

Because I didn't vote for him the first time or the second time. He has lied to us in more ways than any president has in the past. He has gotten us in a disastrous war. He has left us with the responsibility of rebuilding a country back to some kind of sanity(Iraq), when its obvious we are chasing our tail. We have lost all our credibility as a world leader. When at one time we were looked up to. If any one was to run for a third time, I would not hesitate to vote for Bill Clinton again. Look at his record. He kept us out of a huge mess in eastern Europe. Economically,we were doing great! Bush is an egotistical maniac. I would not be surprised if Bush tries to make an amendment allowing him to run a third term.

Yes I would vote for Bush to get a third term... The nation has still not learned its lesson and needs to be humbled. If we still want and support an incompetent like Bush in office then we shall have one, and we should pay the price for our incompetence until we are taught a lesson.

No way!!! He did not get my vote the first or second time and he absolutely would not get it for a third term. Our next President already has enough of a mess to clean up after him as is.

BTW, if he could run for a third term it would mean Bill Clinton could as well. Wouldnt that be sweet? Seeing Bill Clinton kicking another Bushs butt in an election?

have you ever seen his approval rankings?!? provide me a destroy. purely President in polling historic previous to take care of below 40% approval from the prevalent public for better than 18 today months. I choose Bush would desire to run returned. He'd get beat whether the Dems nominated OJ Simpson; not to show a intense candidate-!

Thank God there is no third strike. He's whiffed the ball often enough. He's managed to get over 3000 of our troops killed so far. Give him enough time and he'll get us all killed.

I'd dig up Saddam and vote for him before Bush. The Why part is everything he has done in the last six years.

Not even at gunpoint!!!! He has gotten us into an unwinnable war based on LIES. The man is incapable of telling the truth. Come to think of it, after listening to as much of him as I can stand, he sounds incapable of uttering complete sentences.
